As Jason crawled his way back to consciousness he checked his body for damages. While checking his body he realized he was twice as strong as before which shocked him.
Then he noticed that his cells seemed to have absorbed those three particles he pulled in causing them to undergo this unbelievable transformation.
Using the Nine Immortals Rebirth technique with this new energy seemed to be hundreds of times more effective than with the ki of his previous life especially so for body cultivation which was inherently slow.
"BUT WHAT THE HELL WAS WITH THAT PAIN" Jason thought as he shivered at the memory of his recent torture. But noticing how much it strengthened him and knowing he only has his body now because he has no dantian to cultivate,he can only grit his teeth and endure or else be a weekling for the rest of his life.
So making up his mind that he will continue to cultivate this strange new energy he first decides to check his soul. He knew that without his cultivation sending his soul out before caused sever injuries but looking at it now he realised it was healing ok. What he didn't notice was that it had mutated slightly from its earlier contact with those strange energies. Seeing it healing he knew he would be able to use his soul again, but only after he had the power of his old life again.
From that point on began his long journey to reclaim his past strength. If he knew the pain he'd suffer, the agony and loss, would he have continued?
Everyday after that once his mother went to sleep he would start his training and though he tried countless times he was never able to swallow more than three particles of the blood energy as he was calling it. As for the other energies he decided to leave them alone until he could ask someone about them.
During the day as his mother moved around he would listen and try to learn the language as best he could from inside her womb.
Day by day went by as he trained and studied his mother's language. his physical strength contued to rise and after just one moth he second he was stronger than most 4 year olds. This completely shocked him.
....
Like this four months passed and by the end of it he figured he could talk as well as a four or five year old child. But the biggest change came from his body. He could tell his body was as strong as that of a athletic twenty year old mortal with zero cultivation.
At this moment he felt a strong pressure on his mind that made him directly fall unconscious. when he cam to he heard a lot of screaming and he was being held by an old granny who seemed shocked by something.
He immediately worried that he was found out and so vegan to panic until he heard her gasp "I can't believe your child already has the strength of a strong 4 year old or a weak 5 year old.. after the attack on you darling I thought your child would be sickly but he's a fine specimen hehehehehe."
Jason was doubly shocked first he knows he had the strength of an average athletic 20 year old from his home planet, but now he heard there are five year olds here who were stronger than him.
Right then Jason heard a mighty roar of a laugh that nearly sent him to reincarnation all over again. "Hahaha, my boy's going to be the most powerful knight in the barony" exclaimed Charles, Jaons father.
Jason arched his neck to look at his father laughing like a fool, swearing all sorts of pranks in his mind for revenge against his newest enemy for scaring him.
Just as the thoughts were forming he heard his mother grip at him to settle down or she will use him for target practice later. What startled Jason wasn't the words she spoke but that fire and lightning danced in his mother's hand.
If you remember Jason came from a world of cultivation so commanding the elements wasn't the shock but that she could treat them like obedient children held in her hand, something only Immortals could do in his last life. From her aura ahe was at most as strong as a silver core though. Jason just could not wrap his mind around it.
"Yes dear, I'll keep it down, hehehe" said Charles in a slightly softer roar a sweat trailed diwn his face. "Besides our little boy might want to be a mage instead of a big smelly knight" exclaimed Jason's mother.
Jason was struck dumb. Mages? Knights? What the hell are these people talking about?
"Martha, the boy is a natural born knight. With his strong body and my guidance he will become a corporal at the minimum and possibly even a Captain entitling him to be a landed noble. There is know way of knowing if he can even sense any of the myriad forms of mana. And if he doesn't have at least two elements he would be bared from ever forming his gold heart."
"I know that Charles, but I feel like are son is more than just some ordinary child. But in the end it is his choice." Martha quietly spoke.
"How is Justin's training at the Academy going?"She asked to change the subject.
"Hahaha, he just ranked up to a saber man a few days ago according to his letter. Our sons are geniuses. How is Tommy's mage studies going?" exclaimed Charles.
"What? A saber man already he just became a rank 6 squire on his last trip home 4 months ago? Didn't it take you a year and a half to go from rank one squire to rank one swordsman? hehehe" laughed Martha.
"Why do you mock your husband so you evil woman you know it took me so long because of the injury I sustained rescuing you from the demonic flame tiger" while the words sounded angry the cheesy smile and loving eyes showed that he would gladly suffer far worse to protect this woman.
