Feng Jiu checked her message and her interview has been postponed to Wednesday.

Fast forward to Wednesday, Feng Jiu and Cha Cha arrived at Tai Chen Group once again.
It was finally Feng Jiu's turn to interview.
"Good luck, Feng Jiu!" Cha Cha cheered her on.
Feng Jiu did exceptionally well despite being nervous. She prepared herself really well for the interview. Nothing could stop her from getting into Tai Chen Group now.
Just as she was leaving the room after her interview, she encountered Dong Hua.
She was so nervous that her knees went weak.
Dong Hua totally ignored Feng Jiu's existence and continued his way.
"Why would he even remember me? I'm just a nobody, I am so naive. What was I even hoping for?", Feng Jiu sighed and walked away in shame.
Soon, both of them finished their interview and they were told to wait for the results, which would be posted on their website in two days' time.

Friday arrived, Feng Jiu nervously sat in front of her laptop, refreshing the page every 10 seconds till the results were released online.
She held her palm together and prayed, "Please let me get in! Please! I really want this!"
Scrolling down the name list one by one, a familiar name pops up. "Cha Cha".
Feng Jiu was ecstatic. She was so happy that she failed to notice her name on the list too.
*Buzz*
Feng Jiu's phone rang and it was Cha Cha calling.
"Feng Jiu!!! Congrats! We both got into the same department! I'm so happy!".
"Wait! What?!" Feng Jiu shockingly exclaimed.
She quickly glanced back at the list and saw her name below.
She couldn't believe her eyes. She then got up and started dancing around her room.
It was a dream come true moment! Her prayers have been answered!
Now, she can finally repay Dong Hua's kindness. Or so she thought.

Day one of working, Feng Jiu was excited about her new adventure. She was finally living her dream.
She was hoping to see Dong Hua so she could repay him. But life isn't always like what she expects.
Despite working for more than three months, and regularly hanging out at places that Dong Hua frequents, she didn't get any chance to meet him.
Feng Jiu was only left with 3 months of internship. She has to come up with another plan, this clearly wasn't working.

Feng Jiu and Cha Cha went to the nearby mall, after work, to meet up with Cheng Yu. Feng Jiu, Cha Cha, and Cheng Yu were best friends since they were young. Although they went to the same school, Cheng Yu was studying a different major.
"Tai Chen Group? I think Lian Song from our High school works there. I can ask him more about it." Cheng Yu said.
"Thanks, Cheng Yu, you're the best!" Feng Jiu promptly replied, with a grin.
Cheng Yu took her phone out and sent a text message to Lian Song.
Cheng Yu: Hey Lian Song, you're working in Tai Chen Group, right? Do you remember Feng Jiu and Cha Cha from High school? They are working in Tai Chen Group now".
Lian Song: Yes! I'm an Executive manager at Tai Chen Group. Oh? I didn't know they were working there too.
Cheng Yu: Are you free to have dinner now? We are at the mall beside Tai Chen Group.
Lian Song: Sure, it will be nice to catch up! I will head over shortly when I'm done here with work here. See you all soon!

Lian Song met up with the girls at a restaurant.
They chatted over dinner, talking about what's going on with their lives.
Feng Jiu then told Lian Song about what happened with Dong Hua.
It turns out Lian Song was actually pretty close to Dong Hua, and they would often go on business trips together.
Lian Song promised Feng Jiu that he would try to let them meet so she could repay his kindness.
