Without a doubt, it was just a localized power outage, for the majority of the regions still had power, and the players in those regions continued their games in "Celestial World".
Killing Commander was in the game, currently near the teleportation array inside Super God Guild.
Many players were around, as the teleportation array was one of the most active places in the guild. Not only were there many guild players gathered around Killing Commander, but there were also more players running over from all directions, forming small groups, and then disappearing from there using the teleportation array.
However, upon closer observation, it could be noticed that the players running over showed glimpses of envy when they saw that cluster of players. The players around Killing Commander were all high-level players, while they were low-level ones without the qualification to take part in this activity.
