While traveling with his family his future wife and his future family. Jax was plucked from the carriage by a god( no not Alra) but Asam the goddess of revenge.
"Hello Icy Eyes." Asam said watching Jax as he looked around
"What are you?" Jax said
"I am Asam, the goddess of revenge also one of the patron saints of your wife Shea. Ohh and if you are wondering about my race I am a Molochi basically I'm a Minotaur but with metal wings." Asam said proudly
"And why am I here?" Jax said
"Because i am not letting you take my god child that easily." Asam said
"First I beat Shun now I have to beat you?" Jax said smugly
"Slow your roll lover boy." Asam said
"I have three tests for you." She said
"What are they?" Jax said
"First pass the first one and then I'll tell you the second." Asam said
"Go slay an astral Phoenix and then bring me all the feathers only from the right side on the underside of tail. " Asam said proudly thinking of a challenge Jax could not defeat
"Ok be back in an hour." Jax said dropping from the white space they were in and found himself flying down
He looked down as he was falling to see a blue spiral and a loud screech. And a pale cyan bird flew into the air. It saw Jax and did a front flip slamming Jax with the back of its tail causing Jax to fall even faster.
"Fuck you too." Jax said screaming at the Phoenix flipping off the Phoenix as he crashed into the trees with several broken bones and fractured armor.
[System advice]
[Activate bone manipulator class and heal your body]
"How am I suppose to do that?" Jax said
[Figure it out yourself]
"Asshole." Jax said
Jax meditated focusing on the broken bones. He felt each and every fracture in his body. He felt each and every piece of his broken bones. He used his power to force the bones together. Every time he connected a bone he nearly passed out in pain. He passed out after the third bone was reconstructed and healed.
"Why the hell does it hurt so much?" Jax said angrily.
[Because your bone manipulator rank is level 1]
"I thought it was rank 6?" Jax said
[Every time you get a class it starts rank 1, this is common knowledge]
"Well why did I not know that." Jax responded
[It is in your body's memories from before you took over]
"Then why did you force my Bard cultivation to rank 6?" Jax said
[Primary class rank is equal to body rank meaning that the limit to the ranks you can get to is limited by the Primary class rank. Example your body limit is currently rank 6 because your primary class is rank 6]
[System will now restore body]
[Will only do this this one time because of wedding in three days.]
"Damn." Jax said waking up
He was face to face with the same astral Phoenix that slammed him into the ground.
Jax flips off the Phoenix before it throws him several meters.
"That didn't hurt as much as I thought it would." Jax said
Jax has recovered from being thrown and is now preparing to tackle the Phoenix. Now the Phoenix began to spin at an alarming rate causing its tail on fire before slamming it into the ground. Jax freezes the fire instantly.
"My turn" Jax said as he froze the ground and up the body of the Phoenix.
The Phoenix became a statue with its tail perfectly unfrozen. So that Jax could humiliate it by plucking the feathers without killing it. He plucked the feathers that were described by Asam. These sets of feathers contained many astrological objects from bright nebulas to clouds of gases.
Jax took all of these feathers and shouted into the sky. "Asam I won your test let me go to my wedding now."
"Now is the second test, creating a dress." Asam said
"And what does that have to do with a test?" Jax said
"Well you are traditionally forced to create a dress for your future spouse, Shea is making her's right now, you will be using the feathers as a part of the dress, I do not care how you do it." Asam said pulling Jax into the white space
"Now use what ever you want to create the dress and I will only provide you a statue matching Shea's physique." She continued forming the statue.
There were all kinds of tools and fabrics to create the dress out of.
"Now what would Shea look her best in?" Jax said
"Red." Jax finally thought.
Jax spend many hours working on the dress he made several as unique as Shea was in his eyes, from flowing feathers of a mermaid style dress to the cultured dresses he read about during his time in the old world. He finally settled on a fusion of Spanish and Irish dresses since coincidentally the Ra'Zu empire traditions were extremely close to the Celtic traditions of Ireland.
