The Assassin knew that there was a party below her and was eager to test their strength in a fight but she did not believe that they were worth her time. She sent her Wolf-Trex and for the sake of adding it into the story further I'll name the species Zuroh. The Zuroh have the Fire and Lightning element powers. "Find them" said the Assassin. The Zuroh rushed to the fifth floor door and broke it wide enough for many other beast to rush into. Namely a pack of Spirolls which are giant pork tapeworms with the elements of Rot and Earth.
The Spirolls dig deep into the rubble of the door. And began to devour the soil and rose up to rot away the trees. The Spirolls began to form a circle around the floor and began to devour the outer parts of the floor. The pack ended up eating each other until there was only one left. But due to eating it's fellow pack mates it grew into a 9 meter in length and 3 meters in circumference. It screeched further dug into the ground searching for prey.
We find our members of are party training in the way bladed weapons or in Ostro's case sword and Maul. Jax and Chui readied into their stances. While Chui was a master at unarmed combat he was very unsteady in bladed combat he barely managed with the twin daggers. Chui developed the Zenbo style and Jax developed the Bas style. Their weapons clashed. The Jax made a downward strike at Chui but Chui blocked it with his twin daggers. Chui spun around and tried to stab Jax on his right side Jax blocked his attempt by bringing his sword to his open side.
Chui attempted his new style and tried one of the techniques he made up called Eight twin Skies. Which is stab at ribs then inner elbows next is the thoughts and finally spin to hit the back knee. Jax stepped back barely getting hit in the ribs. Chui stepped forward to cut Jax's elbows. Chui cut Jax shallow. Then proceeded to cut Jax's thigh and spun to cut Jax's knee but Jax spun in the opposite direction and struck Chui's right hand with the flat part of his long sword knocking his dagger out of his hand.
Jax began to counterattack with his own style. "Be ready Chui because I'm the one who will win.""Bas Style: Circling Snake flying to the heavens."
Jax swept low cutting at Chui's ankles and then proceeded to make a upward slash. Jax then proceeded to make a diagonal slash from left to right. Then made a spin and cut a horizontal slash aimed at Chui's head but Chui ducked down and hit his chin with the handle of his left dagger and knocked Jax to the ground.
"Well done my pupil." Said Hana who was overseeing the battle.
Then it was Ostro and Shea's turn to fight and then finally Chui and the winners turn. Ba Ye and the rest of the girls were watching the fight in awe due to the ferocity of the fight. An Hue was cheering on Chui. Everyone was shocked by Chui since everyone believed that Jax would cut off Chui's head with that final attack. "
Why didn't you participate." asked Sky to Ba Ye.
He responded with " Since I can summon guns at will I don't need to master my combat knife. Guns are better then Swords and Hammers."
Sky and An Hue both said simultaneously "it's because he would get beat in a second."
"Rude much." Replies Ba Ye in an instant. "I'm sorry babe but they have a point." Whispered Bis Duaa to Ba Ye.
"I know that but it still hurts my feelings." Whispered back Ba Ye.
While Jax and Chui made their respective styles Ostro who didnt want to be out done made a Maul fighting style but failed to make a Sword style and ended up training in Jax's Bas style. Shea in the other hand learned the Zenbo style. So the fierce battle began.
Shea began to use the long blades on the side of her bagh nakh to begin the Zenbo Style: Eight Twin Skies. She slashed Ostro in the ribs and then cut his inner elbows with the long blades and then slashed his thigh and then finally cut at his knees but Ostro kicked her in the chin launching her up then proceeded to make a vertical smash upward striking Shea in the tailbone with enough force to flip her body and then Ostro brought his fist down driving it into the back of her neck. This was the non lethal form of Oun Style: Rain down the dust. The lethal style is bringing down the maul into the back of the skull and not using the fist. Shea was pretended knocked out with a crushed tailbone. Ostro walked over to see if she was alright and then suddenly Shea jumped back up and kicked Ostro in the outer elbow right in his funny bone on his left arm swinging the maul out of the way. Shea then grabbed at his ankles and pulled them so he fell to the ground. She pointed her long blades at the back of Ostro's neck ending the match.
Sandalphon was healing the injured Jax and Chui.
"You better not upset her from now on" joked Chui.
"We also know that it's not you helping her fight it's her carrying your sorry self." Replied Sandalphon.
"I'll admit that I'm not the best but she did train in your fighting style." Said Jax.
Chui said "Well I am a good teacher after all."
Shea skipped over to Jax who was still resting. Shea said happily "Jax did you see my win against Ostro?" "How could I not there is blood everywhere form the match. " Jax said. Shea then remembered her injuries which were a few broken bones and a small concussion. Although she didn't show signs of the concussion Sandalphon knew that there was a head injury after the fight.
Everyone who fought was being healed by Sandalphon when a loud rumble from the direction of the sixth floor door. The Spiroll that survived grew to rank 4 magical. The screech form the pain of going up a half rank made Rakurai's ears bleed and everyone even including Hana and Sandalphon has been unable to hear for a while...
