Guding looked at the long string of garbled characters and didn't need to think to know that it was definitely from X. However, he also guessed that X calling at this time probably wouldn't be good news.
"That kid's timing is too perfect," Sea Emperor couldn't help but complain.
Guding pressed the answer button, and X's unhurried voice came through, "I figured you guys would have arrived by now. Am I right?"
"We just got here, is there something you need?" Guding turned on the speaker function.
"How should I put this," Guding and his crew heard X muttering softly, then X continued, "Typically, when I bring bad news to someone, I like to find some good news to share as well. That way, people won't think of me as just someone who brings bad news. But today, I really couldn't find any good news for you, only some bad news, but it's not terribly bad."
