Sharp's body was pinned to the ground by his own long sword. The sword pierced through the left side of his chest, directly penetrating his heart.
Bade clearly wasn't doing this for the first time. Just by feel alone, he knew that the opponent's heart had been completely penetrated. Even an ability user with a Tenth Rank High-level Regeneration wouldn't survive in such a situation.
He withdrew the sword, and blood gushed from the wound in Sharp's chest. Returning the blade to its sheath, he stored the long sword in his storage space and then took large strides to turn and leave.
Bade exited the mall's entrance. With a few leaps, his figure vanished without a trace.
At the port, Walt was in a daze, finding it hard to accept the scene that had unfolded before him.
Sharp was dead. This meant that Berg and Bade, who had killed Sharp, now had virtually no opponents, and the mission was a complete failure.
