"Hey, you're that guy from the auction !" Brown haired dude
"Kill the foolish bastard !" One of the Eastern mages yelled
Three mages made chains out of dark magic come at him from the ground, another used dark element probably corruption magic and shot out dark spheres at me
Since none of them were actually very strong it was easy to dodge out of the way, summon, a gun with enchanted bullets and surprise them with a teleport
( BANG ) ( BANG ) (BANG ) ( BANG) ( BANG )
Two of the lower level mages were down, the wizard level Mage charged at me with the ice sword in his right hand and dark magic swirling in his left
X thought about using time acceleration magic to make himself a small bit faster ( since his time magic talent was subpar )
But decides against it
He summons his spear into his left hand ( even though he is right handed ) and puts dark magic on his right hand
As they collide the mage does a diagonal slash downward toward Christian's torso, Christian transfers away his spear and taps his sword, multiplying the gravity
The man instinctively tries to hold to the sword for a moment, long enough for him to bend his knees, before realizing something is wrong, and dropping the sword
Before he could recoil, X puts his hand on the mage's face, removing skin
( Graw ) the noise he made before using the shadow travel spell to escape
" Dammit this guy isn't simple....( he says while turning his head to the other level three cloaked man who was fighting off the brown haired guy with blue eyes, who had drunk a few mana potions to recover ) Forget about the hostages; Xarius come help me, everyone else deal with that brat"
The other level 3 came and pulled two mana potions from his cloak, gave the leader one and started to drink one himself
I wasn't just about to sit and let them reorganize, I snap my fingers
A large blue magic circle appears over them, they look up and jump out of the way just as lightning starts to rain down in one big torrent
While they reform I glance back and take this opportunity to check on Amaya to make sure she is't in danger
....She is sitting cross legged in the grass giving me thumbs up
Okay she's fine
The two high level mages are separated so I teleport right in the middle of them, raise my left hand and my right index finger
( Scatter Lightning ) ( Pierce )
From my left hand comes streaks of lightning, and my right index comes a small ray of green aura, both aimed at the mages
Over at the brown haired students side their was only five enemies left and most of the students have ran away
"Dammit we can't beat those two on our own." A mage shouted barely dodging a 6ft human sized pink fireball
This fireball has once again broke their formation and separated them
"Hear firefly drink this." The boy said to the chibi female fairy bringing a mana potion up to her
"GAGAGOOGOOGAW !" The fairy said while doing a crime fighting pose
The bow lifted his two fingers into the air and said " Let's finish this."
A streak of black and purple outlined lightning came from his fingers.
( Lightning field )
Purple magic circles formed in the air around the battle and the same colored lightning streamed down to the ground and electrocuted nearly everything around that area except for himself and the remaining students
Christian and his opponents were outside the range of the area attack ( Though if he wanted, the attack could have reached them. )
The mages corpses were fried beyond recognition
"That Tanaka guy is so cool." "Wasn't he just a poor trash not long ago." "You could do it Ryuki." "Yeah, you got this."
Shouts of shock from the people who looked down on him for being poor
Shouts of awe and admiration of his power from some
And a few shouts of encouragement from the very few that did believe in him and aren't just rooting on him just because he has shown his true power again, unlike the rest of this shameless crowd
" I'm not too fond of killing, but "Dark world" is an organization I refuse to forgive ever !" He said in Japanese
(A/N Of course with X's teleporting ability and translation spell he would learn and have his companions learn a bunch of languages, but X wouldn't be able to completely translate any language or names due to language and culture differences.)
Back at Christian's side of the battle
Both mages created four layers of shields made of two magic circles, a dark material round shield and a thick round sheet of ice
X put more of his reserves into the aura ray
The ray broke past the defence of the mage and from what X could see either pierced his. heart or grazed it
Either way....he was dead
The mage dropped face first
As for the leader, some of the lightning broke past the magic circles, the rest of the streaks of lightning went around the shield and past the mage
X pulled out his gun( which wouldn't work on a level 3 cultivator, but up to level 4 for mages.) and was going to finish him, but the mage used a shadow travel to quickly get out of trouble
"You have to be kidding me...." Christian said shaking his head
"See how annoying that teleporting is." Amaya said with a smirk
"Shut up, it's not my fault everyone can't teleport....or control their lust underneath moonlit nights." I say returning the smirk
A red cheeked pout appeared on Amaya's light skinned face
I check my map, count the dots and the corresponding people around
"What happened to that guy ?" Said the brown haired, blue eyed student walking up to me
"He escaped using shadow travel and hid his presence." X
"Dammit ! Well thanks for help, but could I ask who are you, I saw you at the auction. My name's Tanaka Ryuki, but you can call me by first name Ryuki." Ryuki said
"Okay for security purposes I don't give out my name to everyone so just call me X." Christian
Confusion flashed on Ryuki's face but then he nodded
" So let me guess, these guys were that ogre's men right ?" X
"No, these guys are apart of a global organization called @#$!3." Ryuki
"Okay, I'm using the translation spell to talk with you so I can't pick up on that name. My native language is English." X
"I can use the translation spell too, I haven't used it on a English speaker, but the more times you use this spell on different languages, the better the translation would be." He says while extending his hand
I take it
"Translation" He says out loud
"The name for them translates to Dark World" And I'm going to have my revenge and tear their organization down one day."
Ryuki says with a fire in his eyes
Looking at his fairy I try to speak to her
"Hello."
"Oh, okay I heard that from one of those wizards when I first got here. I don't know why it just sounded so weird coming from you tho." X
The chibi fairy who has white skin and red grapes coloured hair, with very large pink rimmed eyes looked at me and smiled
"Not all fairies communicate with humans or other creatures, but her name is Firefly." He says smiling at the fairy
"Well anyways I have to go continue my date so see ya." Christian says walking away
"Alright be safe."Ryuki
Christian stops and turns back around for a moment
"Ryuki, your flames are almost pink and your lightning is another weird color, why is that ?" X
"I have high grade lightning and flame spirits to enhance the power of my fire and lightning." the guy says
As soon as he walks away, a few girls run up to him and rush to grab his arms
"What a fight, you really have gotten much stronger huh ?" Amaya said as I walked up
"Yeah, but back to important things, have you ever heard of Russian underground fights." I say hinting at the next part of our date
"Russian underground fights, that sounds amazing, is it like UFC." Amaya asks with sparkling eyes
"Hmm hmm you'll see...."
Elsewhere Nathan's POV: Somewhere in Ireland
"Our nation shall rejuvenate and return back into the power we had over 1500 years ago. We shall revive our fallen god and and take back Europe and the rest of the world through sacrifice again.
With the blood of these virgins we, the druids will revive our god Crom Cruach !" Said a Druid dressed in purple robes that made him look like a priest, who had quarter inch red hair and blue eyes, around 5'8 in hight with skinny frame
" Yes...Our wise and powerful god." " Praise him, these girls should be delighted for such a noble sacrifice." "Master O'Sullivan is a genius."
Said some of fifty or so druids
There were girls there ranging from twelve to eighteen, fr months random teenage girls have been coming up missing all around Ireland
There are over fifty girls here, definitely not enough to wake up a fallen god, but adding in additional girls in bunches will accumulate over time.
These girls had mind manipulation magic worked on them by these druids, they stand there with blank expressions, as if they didn't just hear what would happen to them
The area was out in what looked like ruins, their was a guillotine, and there was also a large pit where they would toss the girls into in order to turn their bodies and souls into sacrifices
"We shall start. Ladies, line up single file. It's time to fulfill your roles. Bards." Head druid Master O'Sullivan
All of the girls got into a straight orderly line in front of the guillotine
The "Bards" were musicians who told stories in ancient Ireland and were regarded as nobles and people of high class, like priests
Ten men and women got out instruments; Flutes, Harpes, Lutes, drums and some other instruments and started playing in honor of the ritual that used to be carried out by the God of sacrifice Crom Cruach
As soon as the band organized, they met sudden doom
( CRASH ! ) a shadow was only present for a few seconds before a large boulder the size of a refrigerator crashed in the middle of their ten manned group
most were already killed upon impact, the few that survived were cut by something blue, though no one could tell what it was due to it moving so fast, except for the head druid that was level four that is
(A/N he is much stronger than the level four cultivator that X faced in China though he isn't second layer of level four.)
"Water blade ?" O'Sullivan; A water spell that turns water into a slashing attack similar in shape to Christian's space tearer attack
Another water blade appeared and vertically cut the guillotine in half, even the metal blades
"Fools prepared for battle !" O'Sullivan shouted drawing a staff from a small storage bag on his waist inside of his purple robes
"Cowards show yourselves." O'Sullivan
"Well, I feel no need to show myself in front of a creepy pedophile, but I guess it can't be helped." Nathan says walking out of a nearby barrier with two girls
One girl short and petite Dhampirs seen at the guild, with short pink hair dressed in all black female armor, made to look like normal clothes
A black t-shirt and black jeans
The other girl was a tall 5'7 with purple shoulder length hair and rubber like ears that gave away her race: mermaid, though with magic she could easily gain a human bottom
Both girl clung to one of his arms
"So it was three children, introduce yourselves." O'Sullivan
"I'm Terra." said the Dhampirs as if she had no last name
"I'm Victoria" said the mermaid
"Nathan." the strongest of them a blonde human who was close to level 4
"Because your all young I'll given to options, join us or die. Come to think of it I have heard of you blond boy your known as the sight hero yes ?" O'Sullivan
"You two take on their back up. I'll fight their leader. And yes, though some parts of the world I'm called the eye hero." Nathan
"Are you sure ? From what I heard he's supposed to be stronger than level four." Victoria said
"No we'll fight him together he's too dangerous." Terra declared
"No, I'm strong enough. He is only trash. " Nathan said directing that insult towards O'Sullivan
"A mere child calling me trash...Kill them." O'Sullivan said
The remaining forty something druids got up, a very few pulled out swords, about fifteen armed themselves with spears and got into formation in front of thirty druids with staffs
If everyone here is human, that means they have to use aura or magic
It's known through out history for druids to be magic users
The group of spear users put up various magic circles for defense
The mages in the back got ready to cast spells
(Explosion) Nathan uses the explosion spell, on the ground in front of their group, so the dirt makes a small cloud
"Attack !" Nathan
The team knew how to coordinate with each other
Victoria got further away and to the side while the dirt distracted the group, Nathan used the overwhelming speed of his to duck and charge forward through the dust cloud, directly in to the center of their group
Because their long spears were really only meant in this formation was to keep distance from the opponents and the mages behind them
In less than five seconds, Nathan came through quicker than what they could react, Nathan closed the distance and was in a diagonal slashing stance
( Slice )
Nathan hacked and slashed his way from the center to the back t confront O'Sullivan, Terra followed behind Nathan because there was no way she could match his speed especially as a level 2 layer three, but she had much more physical strength than he did
Terra broke through to the mages who were now defenseless, even the low level threes who, though could still cast magic was limited do to short range and risk of harming their own allies
Terra used her claws and monstrous strength to rip and tear through the druid mages, and when hit with a few spells and staffs, she would only heal since her regeneration rate i fast, the druid mages couldn't even fight back
As for the rest of the spear-men they were being attacked from mid range, Victoria threw couch sized water spheres, and water blades at them
Each time a spear men would try to use magic, they were either blocked by Victoria or chased down and beaten by Terra
Terra didn't use magic or or aura, just physical attacks, with her strength
Nathan continued to charge at O'Sullivan
"Foolish boy." O'Sullivan says before he multiplies in to six of himself and points the tip of his/ their staffs at Nathan
( A/N Just imagine shadow clone justu )
All six fired a different spell
"Only three of you are real." Nathan said
O'Sullivan was shocked for only a second from Nathan's words
Nathan also knew he would briefly distract O'Sullivan with his words, also O'Sullivan's specialty is clones and illusions
Nathan channeled his reserves into his sword and made a horizontal slash at the six clones
O'Sullivan was too late to defend so the attack landed, each clone and illusion disappeared and he took damage
"Shit, so illusions won't work on the hero of sight huh ?" O'Sullivan
O'Sullivan made clones again, this time just one clone
"It's different this time yes ? Last time the clones had equal power to you, yet if I hit them once they would disappear, this time you split your power in half and if I hit the clone he won't disappear, right ? " Nathan said with a smile full of arrogance
O'Sullivan was annoyed, not just with Nathan's deduction, but everything about Nathan
O'Sullivan and his clone waved their staffs and magic circles surrounded Nathan
Even though Nathan knew this was coming he also knew he couldn't escape unscathed this time
As soon as all of the circles fired off, Nathan crouched low and launched himself forward
evading the magic mine that was waiting on him when he would try to escape
O'Sullivan noticed two things from the display
The first is that Nathan's eyes glowed blue when he evaded the mine
The second
"Hmm if you could use magic, why didn't you defend yourself with magic ?" O'Sullivan said to the red eyed boy who now had cuts in various places
" Instead of worrying about me you should worry about yourself." Nathan said charging again
O'Sullivan made six clones of equal power
Aiming their staffs at Nathan, magic circles of various elements appeared
O'Sullivan unloaded spell after spell at Nathan
Every time Nathan used his sword to block, but couldn't evade as the spells would home on him from mana control, and each time Nathan's eyes would glow blue
That's because Nathan was constantly using a martial art to predict his opponents attack
Finally after slicing through a light attack earth spell ( rock) Nathan used his red laser vision
All of the O'Sullivans made magic circles to defend, and was easily doing so, but then Nathan's attack stopped and what appeared in his eyes were magic circles
O'Sullivan looked up and saw large magic circles come down from over their heads
Now he was pinned down underneath four magic circles
( Explosion ), Nathan didn't stop there, with a burst of speed he charged forth to finish O'Sullivan, but O'Sullivan tapped the ground with his staff and a red magic circle formed all over the ground
In order to dodge, Nathan jumped up into the air
( Explosion )the blast of course didn't harm O' Sullivan, but Nathan was blown forward and flew over the head druid, landing on the ground hard.
The mage got up and made his way over to his grounded opponent
