The rebels would become the new rulers and continue to gather resources, causing the majority of the people to gradually lose their resources. Many years later, a rebellion would occur again.
This cycle repeated itself, causing the dynasty to undergo a cycle.
Therefore, the Prince of zhongyun proposed that in order for a country to be prosperous forever, everyone should be equal in the ideal state.
There must not be a king who ruled the people, a Saint who ruled over the people, or an Emperor who dominated the world.
Only when everyone's resources were equally divided and they did not have to worry about survival could a country exist for a long time and not decline.
