The Hidden Gem. The underrated coffee shop I keep finding myself coming back to. Something about it kept me coming back and I don't think it was the mediocre coffee. Something... pulled me almost, to this beautiful place. At this point I had my own spot. The spot I always sat at. A table for two, right next to the window that faced the entrance. I ordered the same old coffee wondering if my life would ever change. You see, I'm a struggling designer. Cliche, I know. I work at the biggest design corporation in the country. Yet, all I do is bring the higher-ups coffee. It's almost 9 o'clock. I need to leave soon if I don't want to be late. Again. Last time they threatened to fire me. It isn't my fault I get captivated by the Hidden Gem's beauty. I pick up my bag and as I'm starting to run out the door I'm stopped. Knocked over seems to be a better term actually. And as I look up I see a tall handsome man. Strange. It's usually just the regulars because no one, and I mean no one, can ever find the Hidden Gem. But, even that isn't the weirdest part.
