Rosa was sleeping in Leo's arms as they were on their way to the hospital, He had asked Mattia to prepare a VIP ward for her to stay in during her treatment.
He had decided that she needed to stay in the hospital after Mattia had consulted the medical team and after seeing how much she was in pain earlier he can't risk seeing her like this again.
From what he understood from Mattia, Rosa needs to go through surgery first before they can put up the recovery plan, Leo understood that the surgery has risks which Mattia didn't tell him about.
Leo glanced at the sleeping girl in his arms wondering if she was in pain, She won't wake up until tomorrow and he thought it was for her own good for now.
