Aaron glanced at his watch. "Oh dear." He got up. "How time flies, I need to leave now! Have a good afternoon miss!" He hurriedly left her house.
Belinda shrugged, 'I have some peace and quiet to myself at least.'

'I need to hurry, Harold told me to get the brat there by 3.' He pressed on the doorbell.
A maid opened the door. "Sir what are you here for today?"
"Madam Phillips has requested me to come and collect Mr Lucas Phillips and help give him introductory lessons at Miss Phillips mansion."
"Yes sir, I shall notify young master now."
***
"So we are going to the base?" asked Lucas.
"Yes brat, now shut up."
"But what about my lessons?"
"I'll give you a textbook later. You can read it yourself and memorise it. I'm sure you know the basic rules anyways."
Silence filled the rest of the car ride.
"We arrived." They both got out the car and started walking towards the leader's office.

After sending Aaron away, the leader began their conversation .
"You had a lucky escape today boy. Not many escape a planned military trap," the leader commented.
"Of course they wouldn't catch me!"
"Well, the rest of the 'collectors' got notified thanks to you. I've added a little bonus in here." He handed Lucas an envelope.
"Cool thanks for the money. Can I go now?"
"Sorry, but I've got to finish the questions that I never got to ask last time. Shouldn't take too long though. First question: have you experienced military training?"
Lucas nodded.
"For how long?"
"9 years. Pretty much all my life."
The leader raised an eyebrow. "We're you not chosen by the Phillips family when you were younger?"
"I stayed with them for a year before getting sent off." Lucas shrugged.
"And why did you get sent off?"
Lucas stared the leader in the eye. "I don't see how that concerns you sir."
He got up from his seat and opened the door. "I prefer not to answer, perhaps next time we meet you think of better questions to ask."
The leader stared at him back, not sure how to react. 'I might have touched a nerve. Should I force him to stay?'
