Henry turned off the COM(Communication Tab) and groaned, running a hand through his hair. "Fine my *ss." He opened up another COM of an unknown superior's.
[What is it?] The man asked. [I told you not to call unless it was urgent.]
"Subject K4 has been found," he reported stoically, his lax disposition nowhere to be seen.
[Oh, what a pleasant surprise.] The man sounded amused.
"Alive, sir."
The sound of breaking glass was heard. [What did you say?] The man's voice trembled.
Henry had never heard the man this shaken. "It was alive, sir. Placed in an incubator filled with what looks like akerodyme..."
[Bring it. Immediately. Alive without a single scratch. If you fail...] The man's voice sounded venomous. [You will take direct responsibility.]
"Yes, sir." Henry managed to say before the man cut the call. He wiped his sweat and glanced to make sure no one had eavesdropped before quickly walking to where Squad 6 was.
