When Gu Xiqiao arrived, Luo Wenlang was still sitting on the same bench, still in the same dazed state.
"Why didn't you go up?"
Hearing her voice, Luo Wenlang turned his head slowly to look at her. They stared at each other for a long while before he finally opened his mouth, "I don't know what to say to him."
His eyes were out of focus. After raising his younger brother for so long, to hear that he still had living relatives, he couldn't muster up any feelings of happiness at all, and felt disappointment instead.
"Then don't tell him, no one will know." Gu Xiqiao sighed. Xixi was flying around her, and it was a bit annoying. Slapping it to one side, she continued, "There's nothing good about the Gu family anyway, Dalin won't care about these things."
"Let's go," Luo Wenlang said, acting like he hadn't heard her as he stood up, his head still bowed, "This is his right."
