Ling Tianyu prepared a total of five flashlights, all of them large. Upon entering the Misty Cave, the smell of damp earth pervaded the air, mixed with a hint of moisture. He looked at the cave floor, which was uneven and full of pits and depressions.
It was unknown where the cave led, only that it was very long. The sound of footsteps echoed far and wide. Ling Tianyu shone his flashlight around, but couldn't see the end.
"Fire!" Ling Tianyu, not feeling assured about what lay ahead, clenched his left hand and a ball of flame appeared. He hurled it forward, and as the fire passed, it illuminated everything in its path but still not reaching the end.
When the flame disappeared, he still couldn't see the end. These ancient relics were truly vast. It seemed, however, that behind this cave could be an entrance leading to a place cut off from the world.
