"Hey, Michael, I'm about to head out," Wang Yang said as he grabbed a pair of sneakers from the shoe cabinet by the door. He bent over to tie his shoelaces and glanced back at Michael Pitt not far away, chuckling, "You'll have to make do with instant noodles, ha ha!"
Leaning against the wall, Michael Pitt smiled and took out a pack of cigarettes from his pocket, preparing to light one up.
"Be careful not to burn down my apartment," Wang Yang warned with a couple of words. Once his laces were tied, he took a few steps on the floor, opened the door, and was about to leave when his cell phone suddenly rang. He took it out to look, his cheerful expression slowly settling, answered the call, and said, "Hi, Rachel." Across the room, Michael Pitt paused with a cigarette in his mouth and lighter in hand, eyes fixed on Wang Yang.
