Fang Zheng really hadn't expected that he would ever have such an experience.
To be honest, at first, he had no particular thoughts about the little Fire Dragon. He had intended to simply get rid of the creature and then turn around and walk away. But the little Fire Dragon seemed to have taken a liking to him, rubbing against him every time he pushed it away, as if it were playing a game with him. Eventually, Fang Zheng got tired of it, took to the sky, and planned to leave, only to hear the little Fire Dragon's desperate cries, yelling "ya ya" as though it were experiencing a life-or-death separation. With no other choice, Fang Zheng, after a great deal of thought, decided he had to take it with him.
He might as well treat it as if he had picked up a little kitten. What else could he do? Even though Fang Zheng had killed quite a number of Fire Dragons, it just didn't seem right to harm this one that was so affectionate and had just been born.
