Richard Whately said-'A man is called selfish not for pursuing his own good but for neglecting his neighbours., no man is an island . we always interact and share a lot with our neighbours, relatives and friends. in the modern world where life is hectic, we should make an extra effort to reach out to our neighbours and develop our bond of friendship with them. one can share joys and sorrows as well as extend help whenever necessary. wishing each other on birthdays anniversaries or festivals are small justice but helps us bond well with our neighbours. we must be willing to help when a person in the neighborhoods is sick or in trouble. sharing Special dishes occasionally and exchanging small gifts are also thoughtful gestures. such relationships will add to our happiness and help develop a positive environment all around. the above saying holds true for us as individuals and as citizens of our country too. vs a nation should help our neighbouring countries at the time of natural calamities like floods or earthquake and show our concern. we should make conscious efforts to develop friendly ties with them. this will help us build a better world.
