It was a simple [Mission]. Unlike most of the missions Irade received, this one didn't involve killing, which was...a change.
Irade lead the way, looking around nervously. It was strange, travelling under the vast, open sky with no trees or shade. It made her feel weirdly vulnerable, like she was being watched.
"Then you must learn to hide yourself from prying eyes," Black Wind had said when she expressed this concern. He then started to lecture her about hiding her magical presence, and how that would help with her control and everything. She tuned most of it out, deciding that now was not the time to learn things.
