"Come now, Samu. Do tell us about the ceremony and what exactly did the earth god do next when he came here?" Miri asked.
Samu looked at them with a light in his eyes and a grin once again formed on his face.
"Well, the god walked down the mountain and through the forest and realized that this place was inhospitable for the weakest humans. Most people believe that the earth god was a bit reclusive since he holed up in the mountain, but he actually wanted people to come around and visit."
"And so—"
"Shhh! I'm telling the story, Draven." Samu shot a glare at one of their classmates, with Draven only chuckling in response. "Okay, now where was I—"
"You spoke about how the earth god realized this place was inhospitable," Emma answered.
"Heee--oh, thank you, Lee." Samu, who was about to get upset from getting interrupted, was about to cut her off, but then realized it was Lee Wolfland.
