Groans erupted in the class when they heard about the assignment.
"All of you will pick up the Bigroot mushroom. It's a kind of mushroom that's quite tiny on the ground, but once you dig around, it's mycelium, which functions similarly to the roots of other plants are quite expansive in the ground."
Now that the lecture part of Madame Atena's class was over, it now meant that Emma and the others had to move around inside of the forest and dig out several of the Bigroot mushrooms before calling it a day.
All of them were given gardening equipment suited for their tasks.
Each one of them received a pair of gardening gloves, a trowel fit for digging out the tiny mushrooms and their own separate containers as they collected said plants. Emma placed hers on and looked around the forest.
"Alright, each one of you is free to wander about the garden to find mushrooms, but not too much, alright?" Madame Atena reminded them with a smile.
