"Senior, I've arrived."
Wu Tong called out respectfully; he didn't dare act recklessly. After going back the previous night, he felt increasingly uneasy, so he came over early the next morning.
"I'm not named 'Senior,' nor am I called 'Predecessor.' My name is Ye Wudao." When Ye Wudao saw him, he just gave a slight smile, not at all surprised.
"Yes, Mr. Ye," Wu Tong was quick-witted enough to know that the title 'senior' was somewhat inappropriate and immediately spoke up.
"I'm going to eat something; do you want to join me?" Ye Wudao, who was at this point ravenous, didn't bother to pay him any attention and asked casually.
"Thank you, Mr. Ye, I have a car; please let me drive," Wu Tong immediately bowed and scraped, eager to please Ye Wudao.
Ye Wudao glanced at the luxury car parked at his doorstep and shivered, "No need, let's walk. It's not far anyway."
"Yes, Mr. Ye." Wu Tong didn't dare oppose and promptly followed behind Ye Wudao, accompanying him on foot.
