Although the 100-meter-high cliff was at a ninety degree angle, it wasn't entirely smooth; protruding or indented small stones provided enough leverage for Ye Wudao to use.
Ye Wudao stomped on the ground, and with a crack, the stone beneath his feet turned into debris. He shot up vertically like a rocket.
After using his qinggong to leap up more than ten meters, the force dissipated, and he needed to gather strength again. His feet landed on a stone on the face of the cliff for leverage, propelling his body up another ten meters or so. After repeating this several times, Ye Wudao reached the top with ease, all in under a minute.
Though this was the most weakly defended area, it didn't mean it was unguarded. However, the few guards didn't even have the chance to groan before Ye Wudao took them down with poisoned darts.
