Chapter 8 - Chapter Eight: Consignment to the Grave

At Cole's burial, we buried an empty casket. His gravestone read Riggins Al Keath, which angered me, but it still wasn't time to go after him yet. I need to go after Weylyn and Ace first, they work for him, they will make Darmin feel a little anxious.

I walked around the woods trying to find a little cave or something, until I finally came across an abandoned treehouse. I thought, if there is a treehouse there must be a house around, but there wasn't. So I stayed in the treehouse, to get my strength up. I tried to move water while it was raining, like stopping the rain. It worked for a minute and then it dropped, I have never been so wet in my life. I laughed a bit, but the only person that I wanted to do that with was dead. My smile faded to my anger's power.

It took me months to feel ready to find Weylyn and Ace, but I slowly got there.

I left the treehouse to search for them, but the only person that would know was Darmin. I change into some black ripped jeans, thigh high boot heels, and a black t-shirt. I put my hair into a ponytail and I left to start my journey of blood.

I climbed up to the second story window and easily opened it. I climb in and slowly and quietly. I go through the house to find no one. I hear the door open and hide. He was talking to someone, a man in a black suit.

"Make sure he is safe, I don't want her finding him." Darmin says. I just think, why does he want Ace to be safe but not Weylyn? That's the only "he" I was going after, besides Darmin.

"Yes sir, he is as can be, he's where he was when she met him. So is the other guy." The man in the black suit said.

"Good, you may go now." Darmin said, the man in the black suit nodded his head and left. Now was my chance to get the information I needed to find both Ace and Weylyn. I find a broken piece of wood, so I pick it up to use as a weapon. I sneak behind him, and put the wood against his neck, and held him back with my other arm.

"Where are Ace and Weylyn?" I whisper in his ear.

"They are at the place you went after analysis day." He says without hesitation. I grabbed his handgun from his belt with my free hand, dropped the piece of wood, and started to walk backward while pointing the gun at him. When I got out the door I ran to the closest store, I needed a disguise. I grabbed some bleach, natural red hair dye, and scissors. I went into the bathroom there and bleached and dyed my hair, then I cut my hair a bit over my shoulders. I walked out of the bathroom. I grabbed a black zip-up hoodie, blue jeans, black boots and a white tank top. I ripped off the tags, put the clothes on in the bathroom, and pulled the hood over my head so that it covered my face when I looked down. I walked out of the store, no one recognized me, which meant that it was working. Task one complete. One to task two, go to the place this hell began with. The dark room.

As I approach the building it starts to downpour rain. I go to the door and I put my hand around the rusty pull handle, I take a deep breath and open the door. The hallway was a mess. It had broken drywall all over the blueish greenish carpet and no lighting, just the sun rising light. Bats fly out of the door as I open it. I walk in and go down the hall. I hear the door close from the wind blowing, I look back at it from down the hall and then look back forward. I keep walking to the stairs and go all the way up. I get to the top floor and see two people leaning against a wall.

"Ace, Weylyn. I'm here for my revenge." I yell out to them. Only for my vision to clear on the and see the hanging from the ceiling, their dead, but who killed them. I look at the dark room's door and walk to it, it's locked shut. Why? What reason would they have to keep it locked. I open the door with as much power it took, what are they protecting. Once it's opened I see two male figures. "Who are you? Show yourselves." I yell, they take a few steps forward and their faces clear in my view. I stand there in shock when I notice who they are.
