[Duke's Mansion]
The moment Sephiria walked down in her beautiful dress, all eyes were directed at her as every male nobles were fascinated by her beauty, while the girls were somewhat curious on who made her make up and dress. Because of her entrance numerous comments and hearsays can be heard from here and there, As Shun tried his best to catch what they were saying.
Of course noticing his attempt to eavesdrop, Lorius casually laughs as he applied hearing magic circle next to his ears, followed by providing his own own hearing magic which amplified his hearing in order to eavesdrop too.
When this happened, Shun was shocked for a bit due to the sudden appearance of a magic circle near his ear, before he realized who casted that magic and noticed why Lorius did such a thing.
"Is she really the dukes daughter? she seems quite different from her previous self which seemed pathetic"
"Didn't you hear? she already learned how to control her mana and able to cast magic"

On the other hand Akito noticed that both Shun and Lorius seemed to be listening to the gossips rather than listening to the speech of the duke in regards to her daughter. Once he saw them eave's dropping in unto other people, he then released a huge sigh, before reprimanding the two.
"You guys really have the gall to eavesdrop on other people"
"Why? there's no harm" replied by Lorius
"But its rude! It is not good in listening in to other people's conversation" reasoned by Akito
"Who says were listening?" asked by Shun seemingly trying to act innocent
"You don't have to hide it you know! it's clearly obvious on how you two act" said by Akito
"Well even if we are listening! its not like anyone could do about it, i believe everyone here knows who we are? all three of us are literally famous for our strength, no one would dare go against us" said by Lorius
In that moment upon hearing their conversation, Iris then squeezed in as she gave her answer.
"That's it!"
"Huh?" reacted by Lorius
"I said that's it! all you three have are your strength alone, but strength alone wouldn't let you win against society itself, much more if you have something that you hold dear in the place your currently situated with"

"I believe that every one of you has ties in this country? as long as you have that, people who uses wealth and connections could get to you and damage you without even attacking directly. There are more than one way to hurt an opponent without fighting them" explained by Iris
"Then we have two choices to prevent that... one is being strong enough that you could threaten a country, and two is cutting all ties in the place where you grew" said by Lorius

While they were having their own conversation regarding a off topic discussion, the duke then finally concluded his speech in regards to his daughter and let the party commences. In that moment when Sephiria walked down the stairs, she then searched for Shun among the crowds, which let the person know that she was looking for him, and caused Shun himself to walk confidently towards her.
The moment they were face to face, all manner of noise then evaporated into the air, as the crowd itself begun looking for information on who Shun was aside from being the champion of the six academies competition.
In the end they learned that he was a clo0se acquaintance of the duke's daughter which caused people to somewhat clear up their confusion. After all it is one of the people who has ties with Duke Alan through his daughter. But all those gossips in the air is non-existent as Shun stretched out his hand and asked Sephiria
"May i have this dance?"
When Sephiria heard this words, she then smiled brightly and charmingly which caused various young nobles to be mesmerized by her smile. Unfortunately for them this smile was directed to Shun as she humbly accepted his request.
"Yes you may"
With that permission, Shun then took Sephiria's hand as they positioned themselves for a dance which the the group of musicians begun playing a music in accordance to Shun 's request and preparation.
The song that was prepared was handpicked by Shun himself, naturally this song came from earth and through the method in which how he made Sephiria watch anime from his memories He specifically chose "A thousand years" sang by Christina Perri.
The music itself was not the problem since the moment the musicians heard the song, they were quickly enamored by it and begun practicing its rhythm overnight. But for the singer of the song, that was quite a problem itself since the only music that has a singer in this world are opera music.
Luckily by the end of the day, they found one of the maids who have such a lovely voice that almost sounds like the singer of "A thousand years. With that the maid was then pulled to the side and was forced by Shun to practice the song and lyrics overnight with the musicians themselves.
In the end despite with no auto tune, they were able to somewhat able replicate the original song for about 90% similarity.
So when the music begun and the maid sang the song, it was then declaration of this moment where music with lyrics aside from opera was born.
The song caught many nobles off guard, they were shocked, mesmerized, and even somewhat amazed that such a song had existed and why they had never heard it before. Even the royal family was shocked and can be seen the king talking to the duke on what type of music that was being played by the musicians.
The music itself was soothing and charming at the same time, it expresses love that is between two people that no one seems to be able to break it apart. It also caused many nobles to somewhat remember their youth and made them somewhat emotional when they found their true love. For them the song itself was just phenomenal. For the people who only hear opera songs, this kind of soothing song was a whole new experience for them.
While everyone was mesmerized by the song, Shun and Sephiria on the other hand begun creating their own world as they smiled at each other while dancing slowly with the music.
