It took me some time to find my way through the forest to reach my destination. If it wasn't for the fact that I had marked the place using my magic the other day, I would have surely had a hard time finding it in time, especially with the heels on.
This made me wonder why humans would come into the deep forest to throw a party. Who even thought of this idea in the first place? Did they not worry about getting lost into the depths of this secluded place late into the night?

Humans were indeed weird.
Various thoughts were running through my mind as my feet covered the remainder of the distance. I tried my hardest to keep them rational, but every now and then they would drift back to Aden. He would come and occupy my mind like never before. I couldn't help but think about his expressions.
