After what seemed an eternity to my ears, he finally spoke up.
"I agree." He heaved out a small sigh. "I won't hurt him, ever. If that is what gives you some peace of mind. Also, I will make sure that he makes it out of this college safe and sound. If that is what you really want." His lips curled up in a small smile as he gazed back into my eyes.
"You will do all of that?" I gave him a quizzical look. I was having a hard time believing his words. He was willingly not only agreeing with my condition, but he was ready to give more than he was asked of. When I asked him to be a good demon boy, this was not what I was expecting him to do.
"Of course, I will. I mean, I will be staying here for a while now, at least not until I have found the hunters and eliminated every single one of them. So, it will be easy for me to keep an eye on him at least until he has graduated." He answered me with a nod.
