I trailed my eyes back to my right leg as I continued. "She might not see it now, but she will one day. It doesn't matter to me how long it takes her to realize this, but I am willing to give her all the time she needs in this life, or another." I couldn't help but smile as the flashes of my visions and dreams danced before my eyes.
"You really don't see it, don't you?" She spoke up, pulling me back to reality. "You are an angel. She is a demon. You two are not meant to be together. Why can't you see it when she can?" Dana shook her head. I didn't know if it was just my ears playing tricks on me, or did she really sound disappointed.
