My eyes kept drifting to the stands, hoping that I might see her sitting in some corner as she munched on her lunch. It was just my wishful, and I hoped for it to come true. I was missing her more than I should, and more than I was allowed to.
But I couldn't be blamed for it. The only thing which deserved to get fingers pointed at, was my heart. The same heart which had refused to listen to me. The same heart which had even refused to listen to her. And the same heart which was now beating in my chest for her.
It had turned me from the mature, understanding guy which I was before everyone, including Amara, into this desperate, stubborn thirteen year old kid who was willing to do everything just to get noticed by her. It all happened in the span of one night.
One freaking cold night.
If it wasn't for the same stubborn fool which was pumping blood around my body, I wouldn't have messed with her in the class.
