"Aden!"
I yelled at the top of my lungs.
My voice was loud enough to yank me and my mind back to reality. Low murmurs entered my ears as I tried to regain my focus. I blinked my eyes a couple of times, but it was of no use. All I could see was a beam of pale yellow light, blinding my vision.
It took me a couple of more tries to get it back. The scene before me was a little hazy at first like a fading polaroid with blotches of rusty yellow color at places. It soon began to become clear, and the realization of where I was dawned on me not so slowly.
A couple of strange stares were being thrown in my direction combined with sneaky, puzzled glances. Their lips never stopped moving as they muttered incoherent mumbles next to the ears of their friends while their eyes never left my figure.
