Qin Zhan waited until the food was served and the waitress once again left the place.
The room once again turned silent.
After a while, Qin Zhan finally lowered his gaze and heaved a long sigh. He thought that he could treat Gu Xin Ye a little coldly. But once he met her curious gaze, Qin Zhan found that he was unable to be too harsh to Gu Xin Ye.
"Should we have something to eat first before we start our discussion?" Gu Xin Ye looked at Qin Zhan with hesitation. "Otherwise, the food would get cold."
Qin Zhan picked up the chopstick on the table and sighed. "This is not how I imagined our date would be."
He had thought that he could use their collaboration as a way to date Gu Xin Ye. But the thought that Gu Xin Ye was sending another person to talk to him instead of coming over herself put him in a bad mood.
