Dalawampung taon na ang nakakalipas ito ang pinaka sasabikan na araw ni Axton. Ang ika-anim na anibersaryo nila ni Cleah,and he shall ask her to marry him. Matagal na nyang pinangarap na dumating ang araw na ito, nagsikap sya para maging espesyal at di malilimutan na pangyayaring ito para kay Cleah.
Ang lahat ay naging perpekto nag bayad sya sa mga classical musicians para sa harana ni Cleah, handa ito para sa paglalakad ni Cleah sa karpet na puno ng mga talulot ng mga rosas na nasa dulo nito ay isang magandang hardin na may ilang mga paboritong bulaklak nito. Habang si Axton naman ay naghihintay sa gitna habang hawak ang maliit na pulang kahon at nagpa-praktis ng mga linyang sasabihin sa kanya sa sandaling maabot nito ang gitna kung saan naghihintay si Axton.
Atsaka nya bubuksan ang kahon kung saan naroon ang gintong singsing; luluhod sya sabay hawak sa mga kamay ni Cleah at salitain mga linyang "Will you be my bride and spend the rest of your life with me?"Alam nyang magugulat si Cleah pero hindi kailanman nya inisip na tatanggihan sya nito. He's optimistic,he knew that Cleah also loves him and that she would agree to marry him.
Kanina pa sya naghihintay sa kanilang tagpuan simula ala-sais ng hapon at ngayo'y alas-otso na ng gabi pero si Cleah ay hindi pa rin dumating. Napagdesisyunan nya nalang na tawagan ito.
"Hey honey! I thought we agreed on meeting at 7. I'm already here. Where are you my dear?"Axton asked.
"Oh,I'm so sorry sweetie...I need to polish up some things for the company.....You know how my dad expects so much from me..What's so special this day, honey? It seems that you're excited more than ever"Cleah answered
"I see..I understand that you're busy and forgotten our sixth year anniversary..But its okay,really..I prepared a date for us...Can you spare some time with me then honey" he sadly replied
"I love you dear..Syempre,alam ko namang anniversary natin..How can I ever forget the very day that I met the guy I've dreamt for so long? But I think I really can't..find a way to be there...It's just that I'm facing a lot of problems this time...I hope you will understand me dear" she said
"That's sweet..I love you too sweetheart...ofcourse I understand but we can still have this celebration some other day, right? I hope next time you'll be available for me then"
he replied disappointed
"I'm so sorry Axton..But this time I just don't know how to balance work and my personal life..Mahal kita, at alam mo kung gaano ka kahalaga sa'kin, how much I wanted to be with you forever. But I also value our company as much as my father's efforts in establishing this...I'm sorry pero hindi na ako makakasama sayo ngayon o sa s-susunod pa"nagulat si Axton
"Cleah..Honey,alam mo namang kaya kong isakripisyo ang kahit na ano para sayo...I'm willing to w-wait even how long it will take you to stabilize your family's business..I-I'll always be here honey..Ayaw kong mawala ka sa'kin Cleah..Never"pumipiyok-piyok pang aniya
"I know Axton,I-I know..I appreciate everything you've done for me..for my f-family..and for our relationship to w-work..All these years...you were the one exerting so much effort to make us last long..Salamat sa lahat Axton..But t-this time...I really c-can't-------"she didn't finish what she's saying when Axton burst into tears
"P-pero Cleah..we can still w-work it out..I can't bear the thougth of losing you..Ikaw ang buhay ko at m-mahal na mahal k-kita"Axton cried
"I'm so sorry Axton..alam kong mahirap i-ito para sa ating dalawa but..at t-his point..this is the best choice..You know h-how much I l-love you..but I have to do this..I w-will miss you baby...You will always be a part of me...G-goodbye Axton..Goodbye"
