By the time he realised he had underestimated his opponent, it was too late. Dygo was trapped in Montak's black gooey tendrils with no means to escape. No matter what he tried, there was nothing he could do. Both Lycster and Aether had suffered the same fate.
Almost like a spider, Montak encased Lycster and Aether each in a slimy black tendril cocoon. Dygo knew he would soon be next. But it seemed as if Corra had read his mind.
She shook her head as she walked up to him, "Oh no no no, I have something much more exciting planned for you."
Montak held Dygo in place. The crystals embedded all over his body began to glow. This glow was also reflected on his tendrils. As soon as the glow reached Dygo, he could feel an intense pain coursing through his veins.
He could no longer maintain his skeletal dragon form. He reverted back into his human form, still trapped.
