Yu'er has never seen so many people together. The streets were crowded and many stalls screamed out for them to buy their merchandise.
However yu'er didn't know where her mother was taking her. She looked at her mother who was focused on where to head so she held on her neck and laid on her shoulder staring back at the crowd.
Soon they arrived before a large restaurant that had the large letters 'Heavenly Rou Lei' plastered on its entrance. A small smirk played its way up to her mother face as she entered.
The worker at the front desk bowed respectfully before walking to a table and setting them down without speaking. Yu'er stared at her surroundings amazed by the structure. The resultant was divided into rooms to provide its customers privacy.
They were led into a large room with its ceiling painted with koi fish in a beautiful pond. Yu'er was placed on a very comfortable chair by her mother and couldn't help but look at how pretty and well kept everything was.
"Mother what are we eating here ? Is this a restaurant?"
"This is a famous restaurant in Jian city. They make their food out of demonic beast meat and season it with spiritual herbs which are both very hard to get. These can help your body's cultivation, improve your dantian which we just formed, and strengthen your bones."
"But isn't it expensive ?"
" mommy has lots of money she doesn't really use. So I want to spoil you a bit."
As soon as she finished her sentence a man came in with two large trays of food and placed them on the large purple wood table. Even though they were covered, the smell that came from the food made yu'ers stomach release a cry of desperation.
Yu'ers face suddenly was covered in a sheet of pink that was ignored by the emotionless man who brought In food. As soon as he set the food down he opened one to reveal tender dumplings.
"These are our famous bone renewal dumplings. They're made from the Ying yang flower, fiery lily pad , invisible ice lotus, flying earth krilian meat, and sky tier flour from an illusion feagles den. They can strengthen bones, which can aid in cultivation, and help tone the body."
Soon the next dish was revealed and a fragrance unlike no other filled the room. Yu'ers mouth waters just looking at the dishes.
"This is our spirit bone marrow soup. The soup is made specially from high grade quality herbs picked from the dark void forest itself. In order to keep our recipe a secret we can not disclose what herbs were used, but we do prioritize our customers safety so the soup is filled with nutrients and edible products."
The man stayed emotionless all throughout his description not even staring at the women once due to respect. Many cultivators are haughty and a simple look can lead to a commemoration of death. The restaurant may be powerful but it dare not offend anyone just as many not dare offend them. The man bowed politely before making his way out.
Yu'er didn't even notice that he stepped out as she stared at the food in anticipation. Smiling Yian brought the dishes in front of her before handing her the chopsticks and spoon.
Yu'er didn't wait and began to dig into the food. She was amazed by the flavor of the soup as it sent tingles throughout her body. It felt outwardly splendid. She couldn't remember her last meal but it was all worth the wait.
Yian watched as the child ate hurriedly yet slowly as she tried to flavor every bit she took. Suddenly Yu'er looked up with her cheeks puffed with food. Bits of the soup made her lips glossier than they already were.
"Mother why did the man only tell us the ingredients in the buns?" She asked in a muffled voice. Her cheeks jiggled a bit and Yian couldn't hold back and pinched her cheek before speaking.
"The ingredients are very hard to get. So even if they tell us we won't be able to get them because only they know where they're at."
Yu'er nodded her head before continuing to eat. The food left her body feeling light as a feather. Her bones felt light while every move contained power despite not having any cultivation. Yu'er stood up and ran up to her mother in a sweet manner before handing her the last dumpling with both hands. A small smile covered her oil stained lips as she spoke.
" I want mother to have the last dumpling !"
Yians heart fluttered before she wiped her lips with her sleeve. She then took the dumpling and stuffed it into yu'ers little mouth.
"Silly child such trivial foods don't help me."
Yu'er could only chew the dumpling as her mother picked her up. Yian waved her hand and a large pile of gold lay on the table before she headed out with the child secured in her arms.
