The surrendered soldiers and the people of Ishikara looked up and saw Noa struggle against the hold of the girl in white robes.
"Do you know how I feel right now?"
Arrora sounded calm but her voice contained extreme grief and anger and Noa could see her pain in her eyes.
She tightened the grip on his neck as Noa gasped for a breath of air.
"It should have been me in the carriage"
None of them on the ground could hear what she's talking about, yet, everyone's gaze was fixed on her and Noa.
"You tried to take away the man who saved me, who protected me"
As she said, the silver sword in her hand disappeared. She slowly moved her hand and grabbed Noa's right hand.
"I don't know whether he loved me or not but I loved him, dearly"
