As I walked back into the tent my master hot on my heels I found Shu and he was worried almost as if he had lost something. He was still scanning the crowd as I approached. His eyes gazed past mine but they immediately snapped back and a look of relief washed over his face. Then his eyes darkened as he spotted Ash.
When I finally got to his side I made quick introductions and got to the point.
"Shu, this is my master Ash, Ash this is my friend Shu. Now that that is out of the way, where is Sasha?" I asked looking around.
Without Shu saying anything I knew his mouth fell open at the mention that I found my master. He quickly sobered up though as he shook his head and forced himself to say, "I think she said something about trying to go backstage but I'm not sure."
Knowing all the things I knew now, I know that it would most likely be a trap if I were to go backstage to find her. What Sasha didn't know was that I knew and I could use that to my advantage and play dumb. Without looking back I turned and walked backstage leaving the guys behind.
"Sasha, where are you?" I asked myeelf quietly. As I entered the dimly lit room backstage. There were performers getting ready and none of them even turned my way when I walked in, all too worried or focused on what they were doing to notice.
Just as I was about to ask again I felt a tap on my shoulder. I didn't have to look to know that it was Sasha but I turned around anyway and hugged her.
Somehow hugging her repulsed me slightly. Guessing the things she wanted to do to me or that she was using me only made me want to ask her a billion questions starting with why.
Why would she hold me responsible for her siblings deaths? Why did she never come back or look for me until now, why did she leave the clues. Lastly, what did she accomplish by doing anything of the things that she had planned for me.
"Hey what's up, why were you looking for me?" She asked carefully, still hugging me.
I pulled away slightly and said calmly but trying to sound a little worried, "I was worried because I didn't know where you were and I had a bad feeling that something might happen to you."
"Aww, babe, I'm ok, not a scratch on me and I figured out that there is a drug deal supposed to happen sometime today. To be completely honest, I don't think that your master is going to be here," She said seriously.
"I'm glad that you're ok, but I don't think that we should get involved in the drug deal," I said seriously as I fully pulled away now and looked into her eyes.
She looked at me confused and only shook her head. "I can't take the chance that this deal goes south and some innocent person gets killed."
"I don't want that to happen either Sasha but I don't want anything bad to happen to you or hell even Shu." I said seriously.
"I know that you love me and I know that you care but I truly am sorry I have to stay here and make sure that nobody dies." She replied sadly and turned her back to me to walk away.
That's when I struck. I used my dagger to hit her in the head and knocked her out. I cried a little to myself but quickly sobered up as I threw my cape over her and carried her out over my shoulder.
As I exited where I had just been and into the main room Shu's eyes went wide but he didn't say anything as he followed me out with my master.
After we were outside the tent I used my ability to scan for any secluded areas with a little to no people as to be alone and found a spot not far from the tent.
Everyone followed me in silence and once we got to an old abandoned building I found a chair and tied Sasha to it.
If it turned out that I wasn't right about her I wouldn't blame her if she never wanted to talk to me or even be near me ever again.
