In the next moment, I threw my fireball at Lothor as hard as possible. He dodged quickly, and the black magic sphere hit a building behind him causing it to burst into flames and send large amounts of stone in every direction. Lothor did the same and threw his magic toward me, but it disappeared before it got close.
I raised my head to Lothor and saw that he was surprised his magic vanished so easily. I raised an eyebrow. "Did you forget that you are no match for me already? You don't have a chance to win this one." Lothor's face then changed to amusement. "Right. But what I'm wondering is why you haven't just snapped your fingers and killed me yet. Does it by any chance have to do with that sliver on your neck?" I glared and waited for him to continue. "You might have the upper hand this time, but my chances aren't zero thanks to this." Lothor smirked.
Suddenly a light emanated from his palm and the same celestial bow Crucifix had appeared in his hand. My glare faltered for a moment, then was replaced by confidence. "This thing on my neck was caused by a lucky shot. I'm not just going to stand here and take another arrow you know. You still have no chance of hitting me." Lothor held his smirk as a black arrow appeared in his hand. "We'll see about that."

Meanwhile:
Ikko was continuing to look all over the city trying to find Dagger, and so far hadn't found anything until he heard scraping metal near a tall building. He landed on top of a nearby roof and looked down to see Dagger leaning against a pillar in front of him sharpening a knife. Ikko then jumped down onto the stone street below catching Dagger's attention. "Hey! What did you do with Crucifix?"
Dagger raised an eyebrow. "Why do you care?" Ikko ignored him and started to walk towards Dagger with a serious expression. "Answer me." Dagger then smirked fixing his posture so he wasn't leaning on the pillar anymore. "He's getting punishment right now." Ikko stopped and glared at him. "Give him back or else I'll kill you." Dagger held his smirk. "Okay." A pentagram then appeared on his forehead and his eyes became glowing red. "Crucifix." Ikko was surprised with how okay Dagger was with letting Crucifix go and stood surprised as a light appeared beside Dagger and Crucifix took it's place.
Ikko stepped back horrified as soon as he saw him. He was covered in long cuts and blood from head to toe, his clothes were ripped, and there was a bloody bandage covering his eyes. Ikko then noticed something different about Crucifix other than what could be seen. His wings were gone.
Ikko froze as soon as he noticed. "W-What did you do to him?!" Dagger turned to Crucifix who was facing forward motionless. "I might have gone a little overboard taking his eyes, but I think the wings were an acceptable punishment for betraying Lothor." He then took Crucifix's shoulder and turned his back to Ikko so he could see the two large holes in Crucifix's back that were flowing rivers of blood down his body.
Ikko couldn't move seeing them and Dagger turned Crucifix back around, wrapping an arm behind Crucifix and placing his hand on his neck. "Become your woman form." Crucifix's body then became smaller and feminine, and their hair grew long until it reached their shoulders.
Ikko noticed how different their woman form was compared to her male form. Her clothes were now too big and she was very slender. Dagger raised his hand to her jaw. "And the punishment for betraying me, was taking her body." Ikko then felt anger fill every part of him and it clearly showed on his face. "Give Crucifix back. Now." He looked back to Ikko. "You want her? You can have her."
He then let go of Crucifix and crossed his arms continuing to smile. "Kill Ikko Oui." Ikko's eyes widened as Crucifix raised her hand towards him finally speaking. "Whatever." Crucifix's voice was different and more feminine than before but Ikko couldn't respond before black and white lightning shot out of her hand at him.
Ikko quickly flew up and he dodged a second beam she shot at him right after. Crucifix continued to attack walking towards Ikko, and Ikko landed on a building a minute later catching his breath. "How are you so accurate without your eyes?!" Crucifix then shot a beam below her sending her up and onto the building he was on. "Angels have amazing hearing. Imagine how good mine is now that one of my senses is gone."
Ikko dodged another lightning strike and looked to Crucifix with sadness and worry in his eyes. "I'm sorry I couldn't get here sooner to prevent this!! And I'm sorry that the last thing I said to you was a rejection! I'm so sorry! Just please, try to fight the corruption this time!" Crucifix glared at Ikko and continued to attack. "Like you care!! What are you even doing here anyway?! No friendship could be worth as much, especially mine!! So just leave while you still have the chance! You're wasting your time!!" Ikko dodged every attack she threw at him continuing their conversation. "If you think I'm just going to leave you like this you're as stupid as I remember!!"
Back down on the street Dagger rolled his eyes and shouted to Ikko. "You're making this so boring! Fight back you imbecile!!" Ikko then realized something. 'I should really be fighting Dagger! This is just a distraction! If I don't find a way to get rid of the corruption, Crucifix will kill herself trying to kill me!' He thought turning to the ledge.
Ikko then jumped off the building and quickly ran toward Dagger knowing that he only had a limited amount of time before Crucifix would catch up and attack him again. "You're going to pay for this!!" Dagger raised an eyebrow and quickly dodged the white lightning bolt Ikko shot at him.
"Fine. But you have a time limit. Crucifix. Kill yourself in ten minutes." Ikko's eyes widened and he turned to Crucifix behind him who had stopped attacking and kneeled down on the stone path. A knife appeared in her hand and she pointed it to her heart then stopped moving. Ikko shouted to her. "Try to fight it!" She didn't respond and then suddenly a red lightning bolt came from behind Ikko and hit his shoulder.
"Ahh!!" Ikko jolted forward holding his arm where the lightning hit, and caught himself before he fell. Dagger laughed as more red magic surrounded his hand. "You better pay attention if you want to fight me." Ikko turned around angry and started to fly. "You're dead!" Dagger followed and spread his wings to fly as well. "I'd love to see you try and kill me!"

Meanwhile:
Me and Arine have been looking for Cienar everywhere but so far all we had found was booby traps. Arine turned to me with his confidence waning. "Maybe we haven't been looking in the right places. Maybe he's in a more obvious spot like the center of the city or in a large building or something like that."
