"If we are going to do this, we will need some warmer clothes."
Clara escorted Ziu and Fishy around town, taking them to her pride and joy of the village, the clothing shop.
She was in charge of everything clothing related. She made all the clothes that everyone in the village wore and would stay up all night creating more and more ideas with the help of Fishy who used his limited knowledge of Fashion to help.
"I understand we are going somewhere that is cold… but why are we wearing them now? I'll boil to death before getting there!"
Fishy stood in the blazing heat, wrapped in a large fuzzy brown coat made from pillowphant fur that reached all the way down to their legs.
A large creature that, despite the cosy sounding name, is a savage beast that is said to be able to survive the coldness of space thanks to its fur coat. They would do anything to protect their coat and anyone that went near unprepared would hope they were lucky enough to get swallowed whole. The unlucky ones would be crushed to death until the ground underneath them was deformed.
"I think it's cosy," Ziu said as he spun around showing Clara's masterpiece and even wearing the accompanying brown boots and earmuffs.
"At least someone appreciates my efforts."
"I didn't say I hated it… isn't this hood rather big?"
Clara investigated Fishy's clothing, staring at the monster in front of her. The brown hood covering every aspect of his face and hiding every inch of skin, making him kinda look like a giant shit.
"Looks fine to me."
"It'll take 4 days to reach Tanba from here." The druid king, Erven, said as he was getting sick of watching these people mess around. "You'll be given supplies for the journey as well as 3 of our reptile karts to ride on. You'll be there quicker than a horse with these. It isn't an easy mission. You'll have to go into the capital and will be faced with the worst. Although I did say that this was a way for you to repay us for damaging our forest, we really are selfish with this level of request. I will be praying for your return every day."
"I guess it was never going to be easy…"
The three of them stood at the borders of Fintan village surrounded by their friends and residents that wished them well on their journey.
"Oh, wait!" Fishy suddenly remembered, running off without explaining what he was doing.
He ran straight towards the red-eyed girl he rescued and looked around for her. But, no matter where he looked, he couldn't find her. Not under any table, not in the darkest parts of the village. She was nowhere to be seen.
"Strange… she must be hiding…"

The journey they would be on would take several weeks. They would travel all during the day on the giant lizards that possessed an uncountable amount of stamina, only needing one night's rest to be able to travel several hundred miles.
"These things are pretty neat…" Fishy rubbed the top of his red Lizard that was faster than the others. It eagerly looked at the other lizards behind who weren't impressed with the arrogance of the red one.
"I think they are pretty scary" Clara's voice vibrated at the bumps she was experiencing. Bouncing nonstop up and down at the rough ride and unable to control her stomach that was slowly creeping out of her.
"How much longer?"
"Not long," Ziu added looking at the map. "We should arrive by tomorrow."
"We've been here for two weeks. I could feel the air getting colder many days ago."
"We should be able to see it soon," Ziu said as he looked up across the flat snowy plane.
He looked up alongside the others, looking at the clouds that seemed to be as low down as them.
"That must be it," Fishy said preparing fire magic to warm himself and the others up, illuminating his white hair that blended in with the surroundings.
"That's the blizzard alright. But it doesn't mean we are at the capital. There are several cities located around the side, we should find one of them first."
They approached it without delay, charging the raging snow that darted around.
Said to be the natural defence of the Tanban empire.
The eternal blizzard that has trapped the deadly empire.
Killing all those that enter.
