"Noah!" "Hey! Get up!" "N-O-A-H!"
"Hm...?" I opened my eyes, Blade was standing beside me, I wasn't in bed. I fell asleep on the table. I guessed I stayed up late drawing. "Oh, hi. is it morning already?" I said, rubbing my eyes.
"Noah! look at the time, it's lunch!" Said Blade, facepalming. "O-oh."
"I have friends over, I would like to introduce you to them." "Hm? I'll get ready..." I said, just as I was about to fall asleep again. "Noah!" Shouted Blade, dragging me to the closet and pulling a t-shirt out and a pair of pants. "Wear this sweater after." Blade tossed a sweater into my face. Blade was just about to walk out of the room. "B-Blade!" I grabbed onto his sleeve to stop him. "Do you need anything?" He asked, not turning around. "Here!" I gave him the painting I painted yesterday and shoved him out of my room. I got dressed. Why did I have to shove him out like that? That was so mean. "Hello," I Said, walking out the room. "You must be Noah, the guy Blade is always talking about." Said a girl, walking up to me. "And you are?" I asked. "I'm Mia, and this is my brother Oliver." She said, pointing at a boy sitting on the couch beside Blade. "Hi." Said The boy. "Blade talked about you before!" I said. "Really Blade?" Asked Mia, she looked surprised. "Yea, Just once tho." Said Blade, looking away. "Blade was talking about you non-stop!" Giggled the boy on the couch. "That's not true!" Blade tried to deny it. "Oh really?" I was surprised. "How was Blade when he was a kid?" I asked. Curiosity got the better of me. "I remember once Blade started crying when he dropped his birthday cake, that was when he was 7." Said Mia. "OH, and another time, he tried sitting n the monkey bars and he was too scared to get down. We left him there for 3 hours." I tried to hide my laughter. "Hey!" Shouted Blade. "What? It's funny." Said Oliver. "Do you want those to be you dying words?" Blade looked over to me. "And you! stop laughing!" "I can't help it I said, sitting down beside Oliver. "Ok, so where do I sit?" Asked Mia, looking over at Oliver. "You're not getting my spot!" Said Oliver, huffing the cushion. "In your dreams!" Said Mia, grabbing Oliver and throwing him at the wall. "I-is he ok? I think he's bleeding."I said walking over to him. "You could have taken my seat you know?" I said to Mia. "Welp, too late for that now!" Chuckled Mia. "It's ok, I'm fine." Said Oliver sitting up. A burst of laughter came out of Blade. "You guys are awful!" Blade looked as if he was being tickled. I Sighed, "I'll go back to sleep then." I said, then headed back to my room.
-----------------2 hours later----------------------------------------------------
"They're gone now." Said Blade, sitting down beside me. "By the way, thanks for the painting."
"Did you like it?" I asked him. "Yes, it looked good." Blade smiled.
"What should we do now?" I asked, " I'm tired, but I want to do something instead of sleeping all day." "Hm, do you want to ask Emma?" Said Blade, hugging my pillow. " Sure," I said, getting up.
---------------After meeting up with Emma-------------------------------------
"Let's go get lunch," I said, pointing at the nearest store. "That sounds good." Said Emma, looking at Blade. "After, let's go to a haunted house!" "Do you think there are one these days?" Blade looked bored. "Of course! There one everyday right?" Emma looked exited so I decided not to tell her not every day's Halloween. When we were done with lunch, Emma led us to a haunted house. "Wow, there is actually one these days." Said Blade, astonished. "Let's go in!" Said Emma, dragging us in.
For some reason, and I don't know what happened, we got split up. "Blade?" I called. I was terrified. I hate scary stuff. I felt someone touch my shoulder. "Ah!" I shouted, punching the person behind me.
"Hey!" It was Blade. "What was that for?" He said, rubbing his nose "I-i'm -sorry!" I said, looking at his nose. "You're not hurt are you?" I asked, unsure of what to do. "C'mon, Emma and I already reached the exit and she sent me to look for you" "O-oh." Said, holding onto his sleeve. "Emma said she had something to do, so she left early," said Blade, he looked like he was concentrating on something. "Let's go home," I said, unsure of what to say. "Ok." Smiled Blade, opening the door to the exit
