After Cindy finished getting ready to go to the Grand Ball without her stepmother and stepsisters knowledge, she quietly sneaks out of the house without waking everyone up. She opens the door and steps outside quietly trying not to make a noice, once she gets outside she goes to the garden to met her fairly godmother who has magic, her fairly godmother shows and talks to her goddaughter.
"Godmother I need a favor," said Cindy, the fairly godmother pauses for a moment before she speaks, few moments as passed, the fairly godmother response to her goddaughter. "what is this favor that you seek of me?" said the fairly godmother, " I need a ride to the Grand Ball" said Cindy, the fairly godmother use her magic to create a carriage, the carriage magically appear in front of them with 2 beautiful horses and a driver of the carriage that controls of the horse.
Cindy is very pleased with her fairly godmother but her godmother warn her about when a small hand hit to 12th the magic will be disappear, another words before it hits to 12am, Cindy needs to get out of there before it turns 12am before her carriage ride turns into it own form.
Fairly godmother disappear after she said her warning to her goddaughter and wishes for her godmother luck, Cindy quickly gets in the carriage to get to the Grand Ball at the castle where the Grand Ball is being held at. Once she arrives at the castle, she is feeling nervous that she might turn around and headed home but her carriage driver remind her of what she said before (only once and a life time to do something crazy to make the dream come true.) "thank you gus" said Cindy to her driver.
Cindy walks up the stairs and when she reaches to the entrance of the castle the guards asked to see a invitation before going into the castle. When it is Cindy turn to go in, the guards stop her and said " I need to see your invitation please" said guard 1 with a serious look on his face, Cindy shows her invitation to the guard 1 and he examinations the invitation, he let her pass through.
When Cindy enters the castle, she looks around where everyone is chatting, dancing, and drinking, she make her way through a crowd of people to get to the balcony to get fresh air from outside. After she made it outside of the balcony, she is thinks about her mother who is in Seoul, she always feels alone in the world that it makes her want to give up on everything including life but something is holding her back. Cindy is trying her best at work even though it she is only person who own the business while her father is also doing his best at his work. But there is one thing that she cares about and that is moving out of the house where she is staying in, because of how her stepmother and stepsisters are treating her.
While thinking to herself without noticing a prince who walks up to her and a quietly approach, he taps her on her her shoulder, she jumped while letting go her glass cup, she quickly gets down on her hands and knees to pick up the broken glass while apologize to his highness. His highness grabs her wrist and helping her to stand up, Cindy looks up at the prince who is staring at her with wide eye opening while his heart is beating fast as if you can hear it.
Cindy stands up and apologize again and again for her clumsiness, when she looks at the clock and she noticed it is 12am, she hurried back inside and hurried down the stairs but one of the high heels slip off of her feet but when she turns around, the prince was chasing after. she turn back around and finished running down the stairs to get into her carriage, the carriage race of down the road into the woods while her fairly godmother's magic runs out.
When the magic runs out, Cindy walks back home thinking about that Grand Ball and that prince. The prince grabs a high heel which that one lady who he was with at the Grand Ball, the prince tell his guard to this high heel and search for a lady who has same high heel.
The guards went from door to door but those ladies foot doesn't fit into the high heel, till last stop of their only hope is that lady who was with prince at the night of the Grand Ball, the guards knocked on the door and the stepmother open the door to half way, the guards said "can we come in to check on if any of the lady who was at the Grand Ball last night to see if this high heel fits?" the stepmother yells for her daughter while letting the guards inside the house.
Cindy hears the guards in the living room talking to her stepmother and her stepsisters, one of the stepsisters slips her shoe off and the guard take one high heel from a fancy pillow and slide the high heel onto the the first oldest stepsister but the high heel doesn't fit, so the second stepsister tries the high heel on and again the high heel doesn't fit either, so the guard asked if there is one more daughter in the home.
Stepmother said "no just me and my two lovely daughters" with a lie tone of voice, Cindy quickly walks out of where she was at and approach to the guard and asked " can I tried the high heel on, sir?" Cindy walks around the guard and sits down in a chair while the guard with a high heel is walking towards Cindy but suddenly he trips over stepmother's foot and high heel broken into pieces.
"I'm sorry miss, without a high heel we need to head back to the castle" said the guard with worried look, Cindy grabs the high heel behind her back and headed to the guard and the guard put a high heel onto her foot and its perfectly match.
