Android were made for making human life easier. at least that was the goal for them to be made in humanity eyes.
and many type of androids made by huge company's. some were made to help the elderly, to cook, babysit, or for military purposes.
and for safety measure to humanity. there's an absolute rule that restrict android to harm human being named Absolute law. previously known as universal robotic law.

Ren found herself laying on the bed. even with a blanket on.
surveying the room she found the guy who shot her last night. he was... sleeping on the floor. the moonlight behind her makes Ren have a good view of him.
She moved slowly but the ship were shaky from the waves and makes her head bumped onto the wall.

Ren were confused. she is supposed to be a prisoner right?
leaving the bed and sneakily went up to him. she once again confirming his identity.
("he really sleep with a prisoner in his room. is he that confident to silence me!?")
having these thought on her head. she subconciously moved closer to his face.
