It was almost a week already since the last confrontation between Alex and Min-Jung, and they had both been trying their best to avoid running into each other even though it had been almost impossible.
It was like a cold war between them. They weren't exactly fighting, but neither were they on talking terms either. The time for talking was long over as far as Min-Jung was concerned. It was either Alex crossed that line he was so scared of crossing, or they remained strangers to each other.
Alex, on the other hand, had been on a short temper all week, snapping at everyone at the office and trying his best to act okay around Selena since he was very sure she was on Min-Jung's side.
He didn't need to have any kind of special powers to know that his daughter was capable of relaying every single piece of information concerning him to Min-Jung if that was what she thought would make Min-Jung return to the house.
