Choi Min-Jun stepped inside his family house. He took off his shoes and wore the in-house slippers before turning to face his father, whose hands were extended for a hug.
"I've missed you. Welcome home, son," His father said as he hugged him. Min-Jun felt indifferent about the hug. He wasn't interested in a father-son relationship at this point in his life.
He glanced at the others and smiled at Eun-Kyung, who simply smiled and said, "You still look cool," as a form of welcome home before turning to leave. He liked her most in the family.
Sang-Wook nodded his head in greeting before wearing his shoes and leaving. He wasn't interested in watching his father play a loving father role to Min-Jun, who had been away this whole time while he was here seeking validation from him.
