Nana sat across from Mi Cha in the small restaurant she had chosen they go to. Mi Cha watched her, wondering where to start from.
Nana's phone rang, and a look of relief swept across her face when she realized it was Min-Jung. "I have to take this call. It's Min-Jung. Hope you don't mind?" She said to Mi Cha, who shrugged indifferently as she ate from her bowl of steamed noodles with beef and vegetables.
"Where have you been? Why weren't you taking your calls?" Nana asked in a concerned voice. She felt like it had been forever since she heard from her Best friend.
"You know how work can be sometimes. I was really busy. I just got home," Min-jung said as she took off the heels she had been wearing. She had just gotten home and was exhausted, but she needed to talk to Nana.
"Yea, I can relate. Hope you're fine, though?" Nana asked in a low voice.
