Very early in the morning, before his family got out of bed, Alex snuck back into the room to lie down beside Min-Jung. He didn't want them to see him sleeping on the couch and start thinking otherwise.
He stood by the door and observed Min-Jung, who was lying down on one end of the bed with her back facing the other end.
She had left the bedside lamp on, so he could see her beautiful legs, which were exposed. He swallowed before deciding he wasn't going to join her on the bed. He didn't want to be faced with that kind of temptation.
He noiselessly shut the door before spreading a duvet on the ground. And just as he lowered himself to the ground, he heard her thrashing on the bed while making sounds like she was talking, so he stood up and moved closer to listen to what she was saying.
He bent down in front of her and drew his ears very close to her lips to hear what she was saying, but he couldn't make out the sound, so he decided to read her lips.
