"You can't blame her for reacting the way she did. Most ladies I know would've actually done worse to you," Alex said as he sat beside Min-Jung, trying to console her.
"Is that supposed to make me feel better?" Min-Jung asked tearfully.
"I'm just saying. Plus, you deserve whatever she did, and instead of you sitting here and crying, I think you should start thinking of ways to make it up to her," Alex said as he checked out Tan's complementary card.
"How come Tan met her regardless of your attempts to stop it?" Alex asked curiously.
"I don't know the exact story, but I think it has to do with his sister," She said, wiping the tears from her eyes.
"You can't stay here much longer. We have to move you today. We also need to plead with Nana not to confront Ji-Tae... At least not yet, else she would blow everything, and you'll be in danger," Alex said, standing up.
