"So? Now will you meet me or not?"
Ezekiel chirped to her again in a hopeful tone, totally acknowledging that Renna will meet him after hearing about her father for sure.
"How? You are lying, right?"
Renna Amaryllis barely managed to speak the words which had utter confusion and an unknown fear, something unsaid was there which pierced her heart terribly by shaking and clenching.
The lady asked him barely making her words audible, somewhere in her deepest corner of her heart Renna wished it to be wrong. Maybe she was disappointed in her father and wanted to hear that whatever Ezekiel said was not true.
"No, I'm not lying at all."
Ezekiel replied sternly by raising his voice as he plopped in the bed with slumped shoulders and sighed heavily. Sure enough, it was the first time he had an official discussion with his sister.
"You are my sister, Renna Amaryllis. And I'm aware of the truth that you are using a false identity, Amaris,"
