"Well i don't care about your name, but since two of us will be stuck together for quite a while i will introduce my self. My name is Ye Hua remember it well since i don't plan on saying it again. Well now start running"
"What, you mean i should start running"
"Yes and i don't plan on saying it again" he says menacingly.
"Yes sir"
With that Long Hao Chen started running very fast. It took him about 1 hour before he was about to die from exhaustion.
'Thankfully i have been training my self little bit. Otherwise i might have embarrassed myself. It took me about 1 hour to get this tired should remember that'
"It seems like you have been training your body little bit. But not good enough i shall change that for you. Rest little bit then start to push ups and squads"
"Yes sir"
'I don't know why but when i am talking with him i always talk respectively with him. i don't know if my previous soul is affecting me or if it is because of his face is that scary'
"Well i will explain your training schedule. Since your body is too small and is in growing state we will only do training in which you will get used to pressure. I can neither teach you any techniques or can make you do hard training. But don't think it will be easy as you will go through hard phase since you don't have any foundation. So to do that you must know how to control your body at will. After all no matter what you must now limits of your body. In that way you will have easier time learning"
"Yes sir"
"From now on we will have you run everyday until you build up your stamina. As this is the only way to train you until you unlock your spirit. Every morning you must run then you must come here as i will help you do stretches. And don't go running of while crying"
"Okay"
"Well this is it for today i will start of easy and it will get harder as every single pass by. So eat well tomorrow as we will do hard techniques"
"Okay good bye teacher"
Saying so Long Hao Chen tries to leave.
'Now that i think about it i still don't know how to go in and out of this place let alone use this'
"Just think about leaving and it will automatically let you leave"

While thinking this he leaves this place.
"Hmmm he is not bad. I though he will just cry once the training started so i have gone easy on him since he is a child. Not bad at all well since he has enough will power he will do many good things in this universe. I need to make plan so he will grow up and become incredibly strong"
Since Long Hao Chen started to go into his ring to train until now. I that he has learned many things. First he learned many things about the ring. He can't bring anyone else to train with him in the ring. Nor can he go into his ring while fighting people. How you ask? He tried to bring one of his friends into the ring while he was sleeping but that didn't work, as for other he just tried to go into his ring while recording himself. The reason why he tried to do this is because of many reasons. First he wanted to know whether or not he can go into his ring while fighting other. Because it can be incredible advantage if so. Second by knowing this he won't have to be scared of people seeing him go inside his ring. So if the ring doesn't work he will know someone or something is watching him. And third and most important one is that Ye Hua is terrifying person. He expected him to be strict but not this much. His training can be called torture. But he did learn so much from him.
While he did have lot of knowledge from his memories it is entirely different thing to actually but it in practice. Not that he expected anything else. Space inside his ring can also be changed to anything as he desires. But it has limits and he most become strong in order to unlock everything.
So it all comes down to tomorrow. By unlocking his spirit he will be able to start training efficiently.
While thinking all of this he fell sleep.
