AFTER TEN DAYS IN OCCULT RESEARCH CLUB
Today is the day the decisive battle happens in replica of Kouh academy. Rias team base is occult research club in old school building and Riser team base is student council room in new building.
As soon as the battles starts, Rias team plans to take down Riser pawns. Since compare to Rias team of six members with no rating game experience, Riser team is complete sixteen members and experienced in official rating games.
Rias divided the total six members into groups while assigning their respective works. Kiba and Koneko went to forest near to their base to setup traps. Then Issei team up with Koneko in gym near to their base to conquer it by battling against Riser pawns. Kiba currently standby and waiting for Riser members to fell into trap. Akeno who is strongest member in Rias's peerage will make a move in appropriate time. At last, Asia will stay with Rias as she has no battle powers as well as support for Rias.
Soon the battle reaches its end, Riser team has his queen, Yubelluna, while Rias team has Asia and Issei. Still, it's a miracle that Rias team is able to defeat all the members of Riser peerage. But it happened due to Issei's boosted gear new move which is unlocked due to evaluation.
Issei enter student council and promoted to Queen and quickly goes to roof top, where Rias and Riser were fighting. Soon the battle turned into three vs two, as Rias, Issei and Asia battles against Riser and his queen. After fighting long, Issei lost his ability to use his boosted gear as it took too much tool on his body.
The battle reached its climax, Asia eliminated to save Rias and now only Rias is battling Riser while trying to save Issei who is not able to move his body. After few moments of struggle, Rias decided to resign from the match by accepting their loss.
UNDERWORLD – ENGAGEMENT HALL
Issei teleported to engagement hall, a spacious hall filled with ancient mythical beast designing emitting a golden cluster, which gives ancient vibe. Three of gigantic chandelier are attached to the ceiling that is very high. As he was searching for his friends, Rias wearing white dress, looks like a goddess who filled with love is teleported to hall along with Riser wearing a shirt which opened up to his chest.
"Buchooooooooou!!"
As Issei shouted, it echoed throughout hall which gathers everyone's attentions towards Issei. Rias mumbled, "Ise", with surprised and shocked expression.
Riser also noticed, with smirk on his face, "why is this bastard doing disturbing my engagement?"
Issei shouted loudly, "To all the High-class Devils here! And Buchou's brother, Maou-sama! My name is Hyoudou Issei from Kouh Academy! I have arrived to stop Buchou, Rias Gremory-sama!"
The hall becomes even noisier. Without any care about them, Issei walk towards rias.
"Hey, you! Do you know where this—", Guards comes to stop Issei.
"Ise-kun! Leave this to us!"
"You are late."
"Ara ara, so you finally showed up."
Kiba, Koneko and Akeno All of them are stopping those who are trying to get in my way.
"Thank you.", Issei thanked them and moving towards rias
Issei stand near to Rias and looks at Riser, "I Hyoudou Issei, only pawn of Rias Gremory-sama challenging Riser Phenex for one-on-one dual. On the condition of winning breakoff engagement."
"What's the meaning of this, Riser?"
"Hey, Lady Rias. What's the meaning of this?"
Relatives and authorised people are making unsettled faces and they are panicking.
Riser face is unpleasant and turned red as he suppressing his anger and looked around present in the hall. Quickly regained his composer as being watched by everyone, looks at Issei and laughs loudly.
"why would a high-class devil like me has to accepts a challenge from low-class reincarnated devil like you?"
Issei face turned green as he rejected by Riser. Since low-class devil like him has no right to challenge higher class devils. At that moment a young man six feet tall and slim, black hair tied as low ponytail, white skin, wearing glasses and majestic cloths, walks to center where everyone crowded. Just his figure, cloths and his walking attracted most of people's attention.
He stands next to Issei and looks at irritated Riser, "if you can't accept challenge from low-class devil, then I will challenge you for dual."
The moment his voiced his challenge, Rias, Gremory family, Rias's peerage and his peerage realized, who is standing in front of them, Leo who went on journey around world five years ago. Gremory family surprised and Rias and his peerage members were shocked.
But as soon as Rias looks at Leo, her eyes became wet and tears started to fell as her weighted hearts starts to melt. she immediately wipes her tears, as she fears the figure that she longing will be disappear as illusion. she strongly wants this moment will be forever, even if it is illusion. But this is not an illusion, this is real. She moves towards him and hugs him tightly while crying.
Riser seeing Rias hugging unknown person in their engagement, unable to control his rage anymore. Flames burst out, "you bastard, who are you to disturb the engagement between two pure blooded families"
Seeing Riser, Leo chuckled and satisfied. Three people appear and bend on one knee, their hands on their chest, "we greet Leo-sama"
Seeing the people greet Leo, everyone surprised about the unknown presence of high-class devil. They finally recalled a high-class devil name 'Leo', who appear from Gremory family a few years ago.
Another girl around same age, appear next to him and greets, "I am Nurumi Takakawa, pawn of Leo-sama". Leo holding Rias with right hand he removed glasses and loosened hair and handed them to Nurumi.
Looks straight at Riser, "now Riser Phenex, I Leo, a high-class devil challenging you to rating game of two peerage, winning condition is annulled the Rias engagement with Riser. As rules of rating game, you can't reject a rating game between two high class devils. Right?"
Riser, "yes, I will accept your challenge. So, where is your peerage, don't tell me these four is your peerage. Ha…. I am right you don't have peerage and wants to challenge me. Hahaha…"
"indeed, I have only these four members as my peerage-"
After a few seconds of silence, Leo looked at Riser, "sorry, where I am saying, peerage right? I have one more member possibly two. Since we have decided to battle let's start a battle in twenty minutes"
Riser accepts on a condition, if Leo defeated, he will become Riser subordinate for next fifty years.
They both turned towards Sirzechs, "we are requesting devil king Sirzechs Lucifer-sama to witness the rating game"
Sirzechs looks at Leo, "as a devil king lucifer, I give permission to this rating game to settle this engagement. This rating game will start in twenty minutes."
Leo looks at the audience, "dear guests, you will be entertained after a short commercial break. Until then, please enjoy the party"
Soon everyone dispersed leaving Leo and Rias, leaving peerage members. Sirzechs, Zeoticus and Venelana come to them.
Sirzechs, "I don't know you are coming. If not, I don't need to plan"
Leo, "Rias… Rias… now you can release me. Don't I won't leave you anymore"
Rias whose face is turned red, "you idiot. Why didn't you contact me?"
Leo, "it's a long story, I will tell you later",
Looks towards and bow to Zeoticus and Venelana,
"Zeoticus-sama and Venelana-sama, I hope you are doing good. But sorry for interrupting the engagement, I can't leave Rias."
Zeoticus and Venelana looks at each other for a second, "don't worry, we would have expected this, as you both are in-separable before you leave"
Everyone laughs and happy that this incident resolved very easily. Leo looks at Rias,
"don't worry, I will win for sure. Now, I have to go to human world to bring new members"
HUMAN WORLD - TOKYO
In an empty room, a table and two pairs of chair on both sides in middle of the room. Two people were sitting on one side of table.
"Kirito, are you sure about this, it is nothing but selling our soul to devil"
"I know Asuna, but I can bring Yui to this world. Don't you want to meet Yui, Asuna?"
"I want to meet Yui, but I don't want you sell your soul to devil"
Their conversation is interrupted by sudden appearance of a light on a floor, soon a person appeared and he looks Kirito and Asuna smiles,
"sorry for delaying, I have something to take care of it. Now let's discuss about our deal"
Come and sit other side of the table.
Kirito, "first, let me thank you for the information about Asuna. Second, I will accept your deal"
Just Kirito finished, Asuna said anxiously, "I will also accept"
Leo looks at their expressions, "from the looks, it looks like you are making a deal with devils?"
Kirito and Asuna were surprised as how he know, but their thoughts were interrupted by Leo,
"indeed, you are making deal with devil. But not the devil that you are expecting. Since, I don't have much time we will make it quick. Kirito and Asuna will be my knights. Les start the ceremony"
First Leo took knight piece, the knight piece floats in the air and moves towards Kirito. It directly enters into his chest, Kirito felt he is overflowing with unknown power and he felt he is changed fundamentally. Same applied for Asuna when she accepts another knight.
After the ceremony completed, a red magic circle appears under them, "since I don't have time, we will directly go to battle known as rating game"
Kirito, "but we need to familiar with our powers. Right?"
"yes, indeed, you need a training before rating game. But as I said I don't have time; we will use the rating game as live classes for rating game"
Soon they disappeared and the light emitting from the room also disappeared as it never happened.
UNDERWORLD – ENGAGEMENT HALL
Everyone is waiting for Leo to appear and feeling anxious as the time passes on. Leo arrives with Kirito and Asuna, everyone is happy that Leo got two more peerage members.
Leo, "sorry for delay, how much time is left for rating game"
Rias, "only ten minutes present now"
Leo, "this much time is sufficient. These two are new members, Kirigaya Kazuto alias Kirito and Asuna Yuuki. Jithu explain the rating game rules for me and become familiar with each other."
Leo looks at Kirito and Asuna who are standing as they don't know what to do, "let me introduce them to you. he is Sirzechs Lucifer-sama, one of the four devil kings, next to him are his father Zeoticus-sama, current head of the Gremory family one of the 72 devil families of underworld and his mother Venelana-sama, wife of Zeoticus-sama. They are also the ones, who raised me as one of them. You have to remember, as a part of my peerage. When you are seeing them, you have to greet them with respect. If not, you will be punished"
Kirito and Asuna bend on one knee with their right hand on their chest,
"I Kirigaya Kazuto meets devil king and Zeoticus-sama and Venelana-sama. You can call me Kirito"
"I Asuna Yuuki meets devil king and Zeoticus-sama and Venelana-sama"
Leo faces Zeoticus, "Zeoticus-sama, can you please arrange me two swords for my knights."
Zeoticus laughs, "good, you are still same. Someone will send you arrange them and all things that you need."
Soon Karna, Kala, Jithu, Nurumi went to another side with Kirito and Asuna to prepare for the battle. Leo stayed with the group to discuss about the rating game.
Rias, "Leo can you really win with them?", looks at the Leo's peerage. she can tell that they are not trained at all.
Leo laughs lightly, "for them this rating game is a training experience and I can evaluate them for their future training. But for winning of this rating game. Even if they are not useful, I can win this rating game by myself. So, don't worry, as for how? You can see in live otherwise I will miss you precious expression"
Rias pouted and turned her head left as she don't care for his teasing.
