A wave of deathly aura permeated from beneath the scorched earth, mixing with the cold wind blowing across the flatland, gradually conjuring up vague, eerie figures.
These figures, some missing arms or legs, others having only half a body, yet all resembling human forms.
"It's ghosts! The spirits of ancient warriors fallen in great battles!" Someone shouted in terror, clearly frightened.
Many people retreated continuously. The spectacle was too eerie to bear. In the old battlefield, numerous strange silhouettes formed entirely from deathly fog and chilling wind appeared.
